【摘要】:我國(guó)金融行業(yè)的發(fā)展和金融市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放,促使財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)成為我國(guó)各大券商爭(zhēng)相發(fā)展的主要業(yè)務(wù),財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展非?。金融行業(yè)的內(nèi)部經(jīng)營(yíng)人員都紛紛加入到這個(gè)市場(chǎng)中,把財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)作為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的重點(diǎn)。財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)是把傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)和創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)融合起來(lái),它是全國(guó)各大券商不斷升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型的主要發(fā)展目標(biāo)。券商把合適的財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)推給客戶,這樣券商和客戶就會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏的局面。證券公司向客戶提供全方位的理財(cái)服務(wù),促使客戶的一站式金融服務(wù)要求得到滿足,這樣券商就可以獲得傭金,加強(qiáng)了自身和客戶的關(guān)系,促使客戶的忠誠(chéng)度增強(qiáng),進(jìn)而提高公司的市場(chǎng)份額?蛻舻馁Y產(chǎn)安全也能夠得到保證,并且價(jià)值也能實(shí)現(xiàn)增值,促使自身的理財(cái)目標(biāo)得到實(shí)現(xiàn),自身的生活質(zhì)量和興趣都有了一定的提高。近些年來(lái),GD證券公司Z營(yíng)業(yè)部財(cái)富管理市場(chǎng)取得了一些發(fā)展,但是發(fā)展還不是很完善,仍然與市場(chǎng)的需求相差很遠(yuǎn),并且還存在一些問(wèn)題。目前,GD證券Z營(yíng)業(yè)部的財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展還不是很均衡,傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)仍然是營(yíng)業(yè)部的主要收入來(lái)源,然而傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)和股市行情相關(guān)性很高,促使公司的利潤(rùn)具有周期性和不穩(wěn)定性。所以,財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)可以幫助公司打破困局,促使公司長(zhǎng)期盈利,它是營(yíng)業(yè)部以后的發(fā)展方向。逡本論文對(duì)GD證券Z營(yíng)業(yè)部的財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了深入分析,而后提出了完善財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的舉措,為Z營(yíng)業(yè)部發(fā)展財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)指明了方向,能夠很好地為GD證券Z營(yíng)業(yè)部發(fā)展財(cái)富管理業(yè)務(wù)提供理論指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of financial industry and the opening of financial market in China, wealth management business has become the main business of our country's major securities companies, and the wealth management business market is developing very quickly. The internal operators of the financial industry have joined the market, taking wealth management as the key business. Wealth management business is a combination of traditional business and innovation business. Brokers push the right wealth management business to their clients, so that both firms and customers can achieve a win-win situation. The securities companies provide comprehensive financial services to clients, so that their one-stop financial service requirements are satisfied, so that securities firms can receive commissions, strengthen their relationship with customers, and promote customer loyalty. Then increase the company's market share. The customer's asset security can also be guaranteed, and the value can also achieve value-added, promote the realization of their own financial goals, their own quality of life and interest have been improved. In recent years, the wealth management market of Z Business Department of GD Securities Company has made some progress, but the development is not perfect, it is still far from the demand of the market, and there are still some problems. At present, the development of wealth management business in GD Securities Z Business Department is not very balanced. The traditional brokerage business is still the main source of revenue for the business department. However, the traditional brokerage business is highly correlated with the stock market market. Promote the company's profits with periodicity and instability. Therefore, wealth management can help companies break through difficulties and promote long-term profits, which is the future direction of business. This paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in the wealth management business of GD Securities Z Business Department, and then puts forward some measures to improve the development of the wealth management business, which points out the direction for the Z Business Department to develop the wealth management business. It can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for GD Securities Z Business Department to develop wealth management business.
