【摘要】：隨著電信市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,電信行業(yè)中客戶關(guān)系管理(CRM)系統(tǒng)以其自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)成為電信企業(yè)提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量、降低客戶流失率、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。針對(duì)CRM理論與聯(lián)機(jī)分析處理技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)、復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論及其技術(shù)的結(jié)合進(jìn)行綜述,給出相關(guān)算法的步驟、評(píng)價(jià)及改進(jìn)方案,討論電信CRM的研究發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the telecommunication market, the CRM (customer relationship Management) system in the telecommunication industry has become the telecom enterprise to improve the service quality and reduce the customer turnover rate with its own advantages. This paper summarizes the combination of CRM theory and OLAP technology, data mining technology, complex network theory and its technology, and gives the steps of relevant algorithms, evaluation and improvement scheme. The research and development direction of telecom CRM is discussed.
