大型煤炭企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)即企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃,是將信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合,充分調(diào)配和平衡企業(yè)各方面資源,使企業(yè)在激烈市場競爭中降低成本,,取得更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。現(xiàn)代煤炭企業(yè)正由傳統(tǒng)的勞動(dòng)密集型向著集團(tuán)化、集約化、信息化、資金和技術(shù)密集型不斷演變,實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng),不僅是提高煤炭企業(yè)信息化程度的重要組成部分,更是其提高市場競爭力的有效途徑。由于煤炭企業(yè)產(chǎn)品、工藝、環(huán)境的特殊復(fù)雜性,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的監(jiān)控和成本的控制非常重要,傳統(tǒng)ERP受到事務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)本身的限制,不能提供更強(qiáng)大的管理決策支持功能。因此,完善管理決策支持功能是煤炭企業(yè)ERP的重點(diǎn)。 本文結(jié)合龍礦集團(tuán)的自身特點(diǎn)和信息化建設(shè)發(fā)展實(shí)際,就如何在煤炭企業(yè)中有效實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究探索。圍繞產(chǎn)運(yùn)銷一體化、財(cái)務(wù)管理一體化的主線,進(jìn)行了全面的ERP系統(tǒng)需求分析,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體解決方案;應(yīng)用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)思想,基于J2EE開發(fā)架構(gòu),研究設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的總體三層架構(gòu);根據(jù)企業(yè)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)以及管理的具體劃分,進(jìn)行功能解析與模塊劃分,系統(tǒng)梳理了企業(yè)的運(yùn)銷管理、生產(chǎn)管理、庫存管理、物資供應(yīng)管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理等關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)體系的運(yùn)營流程,設(shè)計(jì)出了業(yè)務(wù)流程圖,利用UML(Unified Modelling Language,統(tǒng)一建模語言)對(duì)運(yùn)銷、采購、庫存、財(cái)務(wù)四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模與設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了這四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的基本業(yè)務(wù)功能。通過ERP系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)流程,進(jìn)行客戶關(guān)系管理,整合企業(yè)信息,達(dá)到提高企業(yè)核心競爭力的目的。本研究對(duì)煤炭企業(yè)結(jié)合自身實(shí)際,更好地應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:ERP(Enterprise Resource planning is an organic combination of information technology and modern management technology to fully allocate and balance all aspects of enterprise resources so as to reduce costs in the fierce market competition. Modern coal enterprises are changing from traditional labor-intensive to collectivized, intensive, information-based, capital-and technology-intensive, and implementing ERP system. It is not only an important part of improving the information level of coal enterprises, but also an effective way to improve the market competitiveness. Because of the special complexity of the products, processes and environment of coal enterprises, it is very important to monitor the products and control the cost. The traditional ERP is limited by the transaction processing system itself and can not provide more powerful management decision support function. Therefore, improving the management decision support function is the focus of the coal enterprise ERP. Based on the characteristics of Longkuang Group and the development practice of information construction, this paper studies how to effectively implement ERP system in coal enterprises, focusing on the integration of production, transportation and marketing, and the integration of financial management, the main line of which is the integration of production, transportation and marketing, and the integration of financial management. The overall ERP system requirement analysis is carried out, and the overall solution is given, and the overall three-tier architecture of the system is designed based on the J2EE development framework, and the object-oriented design idea is applied. According to the specific division of business and management, the function analysis and module division are carried out, and the operation flow of the key business systems, such as transportation and sales management, production management, inventory management, material supply management, financial management and so on, is systematically combed. This paper designs the business flow chart, models and designs the four subsystems of transportation and sale, purchase, inventory and finance by using UML(Unified Modelling language, and realizes the basic business functions of the four subsystems. Through the design of ERP system, Optimization of organization structure and business process, customer relationship management, integration of enterprise information, achieve the purpose of improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. This study has a certain reference significance for coal enterprises to better apply ERP system in combination with their own reality.
