【摘要】：20世紀(jì)下半葉以來(lái),率先興起于西歐和東亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)歷經(jīng)半個(gè)多世紀(jì)演化擴(kuò)散形成了全球發(fā)展浪潮。中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)在改革開(kāi)放過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展和壯大,中國(guó)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)勃興成為全球園區(qū)發(fā)展浪潮的重要推動(dòng)力量。與此同時(shí),各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)表現(xiàn)不一的發(fā)展績(jī)效和政策效果,持續(xù)引發(fā)理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究的熱情與爭(zhēng)論。一直以來(lái)跟蹤全球經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)動(dòng)態(tài)的國(guó)際機(jī)構(gòu),開(kāi)始積極認(rèn)知中國(guó)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展樣本。在"一帶一路"、國(guó)際產(chǎn)能合作、中非全面合作伙伴關(guān)系等指引下,經(jīng)濟(jì)園區(qū)被賦予新的功能使命。關(guān)于中國(guó)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展績(jī)效的實(shí)證研究也取得了新進(jìn)展。產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)、產(chǎn)城融合、區(qū)域協(xié)同共建、對(duì)接自貿(mào)試區(qū)及園區(qū)海外合作將是未來(lái)中國(guó)園區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的主要方向。
[Abstract]:Since the second half of the 20th century, the economic parks, which sprang up in Western Europe and East Asia, have formed a wave of global development after more than half a century of evolution and diffusion. In the process of reform and opening up, China's economic parks have emerged, developed and expanded, and the prosperity of China's park economy has become an important driving force in the global wave of park development. At the same time, the different development performance and policy effect of economic parks in various countries continue to lead to the enthusiasm and debate of theoretical and empirical research. The international organizations that have been tracking the dynamics of the global economic park have begun to actively recognize the sample of the economic development of the park in China. Under the guidance of Belt and Road Initiative, international capacity cooperation and China-Africa comprehensive cooperative partnership, the economic park has been entrusted with a new functional mission. New progress has also been made in the empirical study on the performance of China's park economic development. Industrial upgrading, industrial integration, regional co-construction, docking free trade test area and park overseas cooperation will be the main direction of China's park economic transformation and upgrading in the future.
