【摘要】：應(yīng)用型院校教師績效管理體系是院校實(shí)現(xiàn)人事改革的重要方面,也是院校實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),只有建立完善的績效管理體系,才能在提高教師質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)上培養(yǎng)更優(yōu)質(zhì)的人才。本文全面分析了應(yīng)用型院校績效管理體系重構(gòu)的重要意義,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,分析了績效管理體系重構(gòu)中面臨的困境,提出了重構(gòu)教師績效管理體系的有效的策略,旨在為應(yīng)用型院校教師績效管理體系的重構(gòu)提供建議,以更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)院校的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The performance management system of teachers in applied colleges and universities is an important aspect of personnel reform in colleges and universities, and it is also the basis of leap-forward development in colleges and universities. Only by establishing a perfect performance management system can we train higher quality talents on the basis of improving the quality of teachers. This paper comprehensively analyzes the significance of the reconstruction of the performance management system of application-oriented colleges and universities, and according to the actual situation, analyzes the difficulties faced in the reconstruction of the performance management system, and puts forward some effective strategies for reconstructing the teacher performance management system of application-oriented colleges and universities, in order to provide suggestions for the reconstruction of the performance management system of teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities, so as to better realize the development of colleges and universities.
