重視衛(wèi)生從尊重醫(yī)生價值開始

【摘要】:基于醫(yī)療領域的特殊性,在當前醫(yī)改形勢下,調(diào)動醫(yī)生積極性、醫(yī)患之間回歸完全委托代理關系是關鍵。建議建立正向激勵機制和醫(yī)務人員收入正常增長機制,在科學、合理、正向的績效考核基礎上建立符合衛(wèi)生行業(yè)特點的薪酬制度;從發(fā)展空間、執(zhí)業(yè)環(huán)境、社會地位等非經(jīng)濟激勵方式入手,通過多種形式增強醫(yī)務人員職業(yè)榮譽感,營造全社會尊重醫(yī)療、重視衛(wèi)生的良好風氣。
[Abstract]:Based on the particularity of medical field, under the current situation of medical reform, it is the key to arouse the enthusiasm of doctors and return to the complete principal-agent relationship between doctors and patients. It is suggested that a positive incentive mechanism and a normal growth mechanism of medical staff's income should be set up, and a salary system which accords with the characteristics of health industry should be established on the basis of scientific, reasonable and positive performance appraisal. Starting with the non-economic incentives such as development space, practice environment and social status, we can enhance the sense of professional honor of medical staff through various forms, and create a good atmosphere of respecting medical treatment and attaching importance to health care in the whole society.
