ZL公司員工培訓(xùn)體系構(gòu)建

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,面對(duì)強(qiáng)烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),當(dāng)跨國公司將先進(jìn)的公司培訓(xùn)觀念及培訓(xùn)模式引進(jìn)中國后,越來越多的公司認(rèn)識(shí)到若使得公司能夠“可持續(xù)的發(fā)展”,最重要的問題是公司人才的培養(yǎng)。只有重視人才的培養(yǎng)才能在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中保持發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。不同的公司在不同的發(fā)展階段有不同的培訓(xùn)需求,公司培訓(xùn)即是一門科學(xué)也是一門藝術(shù),是打造公司人才的重要手段,建立一個(gè)有效的員工培訓(xùn)體系能實(shí)現(xiàn)人力資源使用最大化。論文分別對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論、情境學(xué)習(xí)理論等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)ZL公司培訓(xùn)體系的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)分析,通過對(duì)ZL公司的介紹以及所處的行業(yè)特點(diǎn)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)ZL公司的人力資源狀況及培訓(xùn)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,進(jìn)而搭建ZL公司培訓(xùn)體系,論文通過研究設(shè)計(jì)出一套與ZL公司實(shí)際發(fā)展相結(jié)合的培訓(xùn)體系,以促進(jìn)ZL公司的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。在研究過程中,采用了文獻(xiàn)分析法、案例分析法,在數(shù)據(jù)取得過程中主要采取問卷法和訪談法。并且盡量使這些方法在應(yīng)用中能優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)。同時(shí)注意綜合應(yīng)用人力資源管理領(lǐng)域中的多種理論與方法,以增強(qiáng)研究過程的科學(xué)性和研究結(jié)果的可靠性。論文從系統(tǒng)科學(xué)角度設(shè)計(jì)ZL公司員工培訓(xùn)體系由培訓(xùn)文化、培訓(xùn)支持和培訓(xùn)運(yùn)行組成,分析了個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容,提出ZL公司員工培訓(xùn)體系實(shí)施的保障措施,包括組織保障、知識(shí)庫保障和績(jī)效考核保障。研究形成了具有指導(dǎo)意義的建議,以期對(duì)相似的公司培訓(xùn)提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, and in the face of strong market competition, when multinational corporations introduce advanced corporate training concepts and training models into China, more and more companies realize that if companies are allowed to "develop sustainably", The most important issue is the cultivation of talents in the company. Only by attaching importance to the cultivation of talents can we maintain the development advantage in the fierce market competition. Different companies have different training needs at different stages of development. Corporate training is not only a science but also an art. It is an important means to build the talents of the company. Establish an effective staff training system to maximize the use of human resources. On the basis of the detailed elaboration of learning organization theory and situational learning theory, this paper analyzes the design of training system of ZL Company, through the introduction of ZL Company and the characteristics of the industry. This paper investigates and analyzes the human resource situation and training demand of ZL Company, and then sets up the training system of ZL Company. By studying and designing a set of training system combined with the actual development of ZL Company, this paper aims to promote the long-term development of ZL Company. In the course of the research, literature analysis, case analysis, questionnaire and interview are mainly used in the process of data acquisition. And try to make these methods in the application of complementary advantages. At the same time, attention should be paid to the comprehensive application of various theories and methods in the field of human resources management in order to enhance the scientific nature of the research process and the reliability of the research results. This paper designs the ZL employee training system from the system science angle, which consists of training culture, training support and training operation, analyzes the content of this part, and puts forward the guarantee measures of ZL employee training system, including organization guarantee. Knowledge base guarantee and performance appraisal guarantee. The research has formed the instructive suggestion, hoping to provide the reference and the basis for the similar company training.
