【摘要】：通過對高校圖書館學(xué)科館員制建設(shè)不利的生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀分析,找出了制約圖書館學(xué)科館員制發(fā)展的瓶頸,提出了聯(lián)動評估、以評促建、統(tǒng)一思想認(rèn)識,有效改善建設(shè)環(huán)境的瓶頸破解思路。同時針對圖書館學(xué)科館員制建設(shè)的主要問題,提出以學(xué)科退休教授為館員主體,以學(xué)科建設(shè)績效為獎勵補(bǔ)充的學(xué)科館員制建設(shè)策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current situation of the unfavorable ecological environment in the construction of the subject librarian system in university libraries, this paper finds out the bottleneck that restricts the development of the subject librarian system in the library, and puts forward the linkage evaluation to promote the construction and unify the ideological understanding. Effectively improve the construction of the bottleneck of the environment to break the train of thought. At the same time, aiming at the main problems in the construction of the subject librarian system, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of the subject librarian system, which takes the subject retired professor as the librarian subject and the discipline construction performance as the reward supplement.
