【摘要】：選用因子分析和聚類分析方法,從雙創(chuàng)主體、環(huán)境和績(jī)效三個(gè)方面對(duì)四川省21個(gè)市(州)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)論發(fā)現(xiàn):成都創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力突出,四川省創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力在空間上呈現(xiàn)同級(jí)聚集和空間擴(kuò)散現(xiàn)象。最后,在創(chuàng)新空間擴(kuò)散理論的指導(dǎo)下,提出了構(gòu)建以"成—德—綿"為核心的"區(qū)域協(xié)同創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)圈"的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Factor analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the comprehensive ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in 21 cities (prefectures) of Sichuan province from three aspects: main body, environment and performance of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. The conclusion is that the innovative entrepreneurial ability of Chengdu is outstanding, and Sichuan's innovative entrepreneurial ability has the phenomenon of conglomeration and spatial diffusion in space. Finally, under the guidance of innovation space diffusion theory, the paper puts forward the policy recommendations of constructing "regional cooperative innovation entrepreneurship circle" with "Cheng-German-Mian" as the core.
