【摘要】：通過政府對小額貸款公司的參股控股行為分析,探尋政府持股模式對小額貸款公司發(fā)展的影響。研究表明,政府持股能夠有效地解決困擾小額貸款公司的融資難問題,緩解小額貸款公司融資約束,有利于小額貸款公司的發(fā)展,但是政府持股的小額貸款公司在獲得資金后,并沒有增加服務深度和服務廣度,也沒有增加對于三農(nóng)和小微企業(yè)等弱勢群體的信貸投入。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the government's holding behavior in the small loan company, this paper explores the influence of the government holding mode on the development of the small loan company. The research shows that government ownership can effectively solve the financing difficulties that beset microfinance companies, ease the financing constraints of microfinance companies, and be conducive to the development of microfinance companies. It has not increased the depth and breadth of service, nor increased the credit input to vulnerable groups such as agriculture, rural areas and small and micro enterprises.
