愿景型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究述評與展望

【摘要】:愿景型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是西方近年來興起的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方式,在引領(lǐng)組織發(fā)展和激勵員工方面具有重要的作用,它能夠有效地影響員工的認(rèn)知、心理和行為,提升團(tuán)隊和組織的績效。現(xiàn)有的關(guān)于愿景型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的研究雖豐富多樣,但整體上較為散亂、零碎,未能形成系統(tǒng)的研究框架。因此,本文對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)愿景型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧與整合,從愿景型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)與測量以及相關(guān)的實證研究等方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理和評述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從愿景型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的量表開發(fā)、前因和結(jié)果、調(diào)節(jié)和中介機(jī)制等方面提出了未來的研究框架,以期為國內(nèi)學(xué)者開展相關(guān)研究提供有益的幫助。
[Abstract]:Visionary leadership is a new style of leadership developed in the West in recent years. It plays an important role in leading the development of organizations and motivating employees. It can effectively affect the cognition, psychology and behavior of employees and improve the performance of teams and organizations. Although the existing research on visionary leadership is rich and diverse, it is scattered and fragmented, and fails to form a systematic research framework. Therefore, this paper reviews and integrates the classical literature on visionary leadership at home and abroad, systematically combs and comments on the connotation, structure and measurement of visionary leadership, as well as related empirical research. On this basis, the author puts forward the future research framework from the aspects of visionary leadership scale development, antecedents and results, adjustment and intermediary mechanism, in order to provide useful help for domestic scholars to carry out relevant research.
