【摘要】：關(guān)于虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)中績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的研究正處于萌芽階段,國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)較少,部分只是在虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的相關(guān)研究中略有提到,缺乏系統(tǒng)性的理論體系,相關(guān)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用也很少。相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)多集中于在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)硬件相關(guān)功能的評(píng)價(jià),而有關(guān)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容卻很少提及,也沒(méi)有明確評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的形成。本研究首先對(duì)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)、虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)等相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵和外延進(jìn)行了充分的解讀。然后開(kāi)始對(duì)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究做前期準(zhǔn)備,分析了虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)三個(gè)主要構(gòu)成部分:主體、客體以及保障機(jī)制,接著對(duì)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)中成員角色進(jìn)行解讀,最后總結(jié)概括虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的影響因素有哪些。在前部分找出影響績(jī)效因素后,根據(jù)邏輯經(jīng)驗(yàn)法并結(jié)合層次結(jié)構(gòu)分析法,細(xì)化出影響虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效的各要素,找出明確的測(cè)量指標(biāo),并根據(jù)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)原則,將虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系初步劃分為資源與目標(biāo)定位、技術(shù)與界面設(shè)計(jì)、交互與凝聚力、社區(qū)組織管理這四個(gè)層次,制定一個(gè)測(cè)量量表,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,然后數(shù)據(jù)分析,并采用層次分析法來(lái)確定虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,并采用Cronbach's alpha法以及因子分析法通過(guò)SPSS軟件對(duì)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行信度和效度的驗(yàn)證。經(jīng)驗(yàn)證虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)是適用、合理的,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,將構(gòu)建的虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系應(yīng)用于《學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)與技術(shù)》中進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,先采用加權(quán)平均法來(lái)進(jìn)行某同學(xué)對(duì)《學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)與技術(shù)》這門在線課程的評(píng)價(jià),然后采用模糊分析法來(lái)對(duì)《學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)與技術(shù)》這門在線課程績(jī)效進(jìn)行整體評(píng)價(jià),從而判斷《學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)與技術(shù)》這門在線課程設(shè)計(jì)是否成功。最終證明構(gòu)建的是一個(gè)科學(xué)有效的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,從而有利于虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)這個(gè)體系完善,提高社區(qū)中教以及學(xué)的質(zhì)量,更好地促進(jìn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The research on performance evaluation in virtual learning community is in its infancy, and there are few related literatures at home and abroad, some of which are only mentioned in the relevant research of virtual learning community, and lack of systematic theoretical system. There are few practical applications. The related evaluation focuses on the evaluation of hardware-related functions of the online learning platform, but the related content of the performance evaluation is seldom mentioned, and the formation of the evaluation index is not clear. Firstly, the connotation and extension of the related concepts, such as performance evaluation, performance evaluation system and virtual learning community, are fully interpreted. Then it begins to prepare for the study of virtual learning community performance evaluation, analyzes the three main components of virtual learning community: subject, object and guarantee mechanism, and then interprets the role of members in virtual learning community. At last, it summarizes the influencing factors of virtual learning community performance evaluation. After finding out the factors influencing the performance in the first part, according to the logical experience method and the analytic hierarchy process, the factors that affect the performance of the virtual learning community are refined, and the clear measurement indexes are found out. According to the design principle of the performance evaluation index of virtual learning community, the performance evaluation index system of virtual learning community is divided into resource and target orientation, technology and interface design, interaction and cohesion. The community organization manages these four levels, formulates a measurement scale, carries on the questionnaire survey, then the data analysis, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the virtual learning community performance appraisal index weight. Cronbachs alpha method and factor analysis were used to verify the reliability and validity of the evaluation index of virtual learning community. It is proved that the performance evaluation index system of virtual learning community is applicable and reasonable to virtual learning community, and on this basis, the performance evaluation system of virtual learning community is applied to the empirical analysis in Learning Science and Technology. First, the weighted average method was used to evaluate the online course of Learning Science and Technology, and then the fuzzy analysis method was used to evaluate the overall performance of the online course of Learning Science and Technology. Thus judging the success of the online course design of Learning Science and Technology. Finally, it is proved that what is constructed is a scientific and effective performance evaluation index system, which is conducive to the improvement of the virtual learning community system, to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the community, and to better promote the realization of teaching objectives.
