【摘要】：本文收集2005年至2014年供應商集中度數據以及手工查找供應商詳細產權信息,深入研究供應商集中度、產權性質與企業(yè)績效之間的關系。研究表明,供應商集中度與企業(yè)績效呈顯著的負相關關系;進一步的研究證實,當企業(yè)產權性質為民營企業(yè),第一大供應商產權性質為國有企業(yè)時,供應商集中度與企業(yè)績效的負相關關系更加顯著。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we collect the data of supplier concentration from 2005 to 2014 and find out the detailed property right information by hand, and study the relationship between supplier concentration, property nature and enterprise performance. The research shows that the supplier concentration has a significant negative correlation with the enterprise performance, and further studies confirm that when the property right of the enterprise is private enterprise, the property right of the first supplier is state-owned enterprise. The negative correlation between supplier concentration and firm performance is more significant.
