【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)分散的財(cái)務(wù)管理模式已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,構(gòu)建財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)中心成為企業(yè)集團(tuán)解決這些問題的重要選擇。企業(yè)集團(tuán)化經(jīng)營面臨著管理成本居高不下、業(yè)務(wù)缺乏流程化、集團(tuán)管控薄弱等突出問題。財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)流程再造的關(guān)鍵因素包括順序選擇、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、信息系統(tǒng)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、績效管理。財(cái)務(wù)共享服務(wù)流程再造的核心程序包括項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)、信息評估與建設(shè)、流程梳理與分析、流程重建與設(shè)計(jì)、流程試點(diǎn)與轉(zhuǎn)換、流程管理與控制。
[Abstract]:The traditional decentralized financial management model has been unable to meet the enterprise ' s development needs . The construction of the financial sharing service center becomes an important choice for the enterprise group to solve these problems . The key factors of the process reengineering of the financial sharing service include sequence selection , organization structure , information system , business process and performance management . The core program of BPR includes the project planning and design , information evaluation and construction , process analysis and analysis , process reconstruction and design , process pilot and conversion , process management and control .
