【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì),能源短缺、環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益突出,發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)勢(shì)在必行,新能源備受關(guān)注。儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)是指引人們走向綠色清潔低碳新未來(lái)的關(guān)鍵一環(huán),素有“能源利用最后一公里”之稱,是實(shí)現(xiàn)新能源并網(wǎng)、分布式發(fā)電以及智能電網(wǎng)的戰(zhàn)略性支撐技術(shù)。創(chuàng)新是一切事物發(fā)展的源泉與動(dòng)力,在當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下,科技創(chuàng)新是儲(chǔ)能產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本途徑,但是國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新的研究與關(guān)注度還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,鮮有學(xué)者全面、系統(tǒng)的研究?jī)?chǔ)能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的科技創(chuàng)新績(jī)效,關(guān)于該領(lǐng)域技術(shù)知識(shí)研究子群演化的追蹤更是空白。基于此,本論文綜合運(yùn)用科學(xué)計(jì)量、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、突現(xiàn)檢測(cè)、文本挖掘及可視化技術(shù),對(duì)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的技創(chuàng)新績(jī)效進(jìn)行了全面而系統(tǒng)的分析與探討。具體地,本論文分別從儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)總領(lǐng)域、四大儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)分領(lǐng)域以及儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)、前沿和創(chuàng)新趨勢(shì)方面,從整體到細(xì)分,層層深入展開(kāi)研究。首先,本論文對(duì)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)總領(lǐng)域的科技創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行測(cè)度與國(guó)際比較,旨在全面把握整個(gè)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的科學(xué)研究景觀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)產(chǎn)出呈現(xiàn)出顯著增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),形成開(kāi)拓期、探索期、緩慢成長(zhǎng)期和快速成長(zhǎng)期這一增長(zhǎng)模式;美國(guó)的科學(xué)產(chǎn)出與科學(xué)影響力都處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位;中國(guó)科學(xué)產(chǎn)出位居榜首,是該領(lǐng)域最活躍的科學(xué)生產(chǎn)者,但其科學(xué)影響力卻相對(duì)不足;美國(guó)一直占據(jù)跨國(guó)家/地區(qū)科學(xué)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的中心,中國(guó)逐漸成為合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要成員;“相變儲(chǔ)能”、“超導(dǎo)磁儲(chǔ)能”、“超級(jí)電容器”、“鋰離子電池”、“儲(chǔ)能材料”等是儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的重要研究主題。其次,對(duì)物理儲(chǔ)能、化學(xué)儲(chǔ)能、電磁儲(chǔ)能和相變儲(chǔ)能四大儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的科技創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行多維度測(cè)度,旨在把握世界主要國(guó)家在各細(xì)分儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并通過(guò)國(guó)家間的比較分析定位中國(guó)儲(chǔ)能科學(xué)研究的世界地位。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):四大儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)顯著。中國(guó)在儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)產(chǎn)出增長(zhǎng)率一直高于除中國(guó)外世界其他國(guó)家總科學(xué)產(chǎn)出的增長(zhǎng)率,其在過(guò)去20多年對(duì)四大儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)研究具有很強(qiáng)的推動(dòng)作用,是儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域主要的科學(xué)生產(chǎn)國(guó)。然而,在未來(lái)的發(fā)展中,中國(guó)則需要鼓勵(lì)原創(chuàng)性研究以提高儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)影響力。另外,與其他國(guó)家相比,中國(guó)在儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域多作者合著指數(shù)較高。最后,整合多種研究方法,試圖對(duì)儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)、前沿以及創(chuàng)新趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行探析,并且定義了穩(wěn)定系數(shù)和創(chuàng)新系數(shù)以測(cè)度儲(chǔ)能關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性演化和創(chuàng)新性演化。研究結(jié)果表明:儲(chǔ)能領(lǐng)域的研究問(wèn)題是高度集中的,“飛輪”、“鋰離子電池”、“超級(jí)電容器”和“相變材料”是研究熱點(diǎn),“壓縮空氣儲(chǔ)能”、“能源存儲(chǔ)”、“鋰離子電池”等是研究前沿。隨時(shí)間演化,四大儲(chǔ)能關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)均呈明顯擴(kuò)張態(tài)勢(shì),儲(chǔ)能研究仍處于創(chuàng)新熱絡(luò)期。儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)的發(fā)展已引起世界范圍內(nèi)的關(guān)注,中國(guó)是該領(lǐng)域冉冉升起的新星,且光芒愈來(lái)愈盛。但相對(duì)美國(guó)等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō),中國(guó)在該領(lǐng)域的科學(xué)影響力較低,究其根源在于創(chuàng)新性不足,國(guó)家應(yīng)該努力提供良好的科學(xué)環(huán)境,鼓勵(lì)科學(xué)家重視和從事科技創(chuàng)新,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)“科學(xué)產(chǎn)出大國(guó)”到“科學(xué)強(qiáng)國(guó)”的華麗轉(zhuǎn)變。儲(chǔ)能作為當(dāng)前能源變革進(jìn)程中的瓶頸技術(shù),各研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)將研究重點(diǎn)放在當(dāng)前熱門(mén)技術(shù)和前沿技術(shù)中,同時(shí)政府部門(mén)應(yīng)針對(duì)當(dāng)前熱點(diǎn)及技術(shù)趨勢(shì)制定技術(shù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略并提供支持,以突破關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研發(fā),增強(qiáng)該領(lǐng)域的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In today's society, energy shortage and environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent. The development of low carbon economy is imperative and new energy is concerned. The energy storage technology is the key link to guide people to clean and clean the new low carbon future. It is known as "the last kilometer of energy utilization", which is the strategic support for the realization of the new energy source, the distributed generation and the smart grid. Innovation is the source and motive force of all things development. Under the current situation, scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental way to realize the sustainable development of the energy storage industry. However, scholars at home and abroad are far from enough to study and pay attention to the innovation in the field of energy storage technology. Few scholars have made a systematic study of the achievements of scientific and technological innovation in the field of energy storage technology. On the basis of this, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis and Discussion on the performance of technical innovation in the field of energy storage technology, using scientific measurement, social network analysis, statistical analysis, sudden detection, text mining and visualization technology. From the general field of energy storage technology, the research hot spots in the four big energy storage technology and the field of energy storage, the frontier and the innovation trend, from the whole to the subdivision, the research is carried out in depth. Firstly, this paper measures the scientific and technological innovation ability in the general field of energy storage technology and compares it with the international comparison, aiming to grasp the science of the whole energy storage technology system in an all-round way. The research shows that the scientific output in this field shows a significant growth trend, forming the growth model in the opening period, the exploration period, the slow growth period and the rapid growth period; the scientific output and scientific influence of the United States are in the dominant position; the Chinese scientific output ranks first, and the most active scientific producer in this field, but its department is the most active science producer. The academic influence is relatively inadequate; the United States has always occupied the center of the cross national / regional scientific cooperation network, and China has gradually become an important member of the cooperative network; "phase change energy storage", "superconducting magnetic storage", "supercapacitor", "lithium ion battery", "energy storage material" are important research topics in the field of energy storage. Secondly, on the object The multi-dimensional measurement of scientific and technological innovation ability in the subdivision of four major energy storage technologies, including energy storage, chemical energy storage, electromagnetic energy storage and phase change energy storage, aims to grasp the innovation and development status of the world's major countries in the field of energy storage, and to locate the world status of China's energy storage science through comparative analysis among countries. The research finds that four major countries The growth rate of scientific output in the field of energy storage is significant. The growth rate of China's scientific output in the field of energy storage has been higher than the growth rate of the total scientific output in other countries except China. In the past 20 years, it has a strong impetus to scientific research in the field of four energy storage areas and is the main scientific producer in the field of energy storage. However, in the future, In the development, China needs to encourage original research to improve the scientific influence of energy storage field. In addition, compared with other countries, China has a higher CO authoring index in the energy storage field. Finally, a variety of research methods are integrated to try to explore the hot spot in the field of energy storage, the frontier and the innovation trend, and the stability coefficient is defined. The results show that the research problems in the energy storage field are highly concentrated, the "flywheel", "lithium ion battery", "supercapacitor" and "phase change material" are the focus of research, "compressed air energy storage", "energy storage", "lithium separation". As the evolution of time, the network of the four key energy storage key words is obviously expanding, and the energy storage research is still in the hot phase of innovation. The development of energy storage technology has attracted worldwide attention. China is a rising star in this field, and the light is becoming more and more prosperous. But in the developed countries such as the United States and other developed countries, The scientific influence of the country is low in this field, the root lies in the lack of innovation, the country should strive to provide a good scientific environment, encourage scientists to pay attention to and engage in scientific and technological innovation, so as to realize the magnificent transformation of the energy storage technology "science output country" to "scientific power". Energy storage is the bottleneck in the process of energy transformation. At the same time, the government departments should formulate technical development strategies and provide support in order to break through the research and development of key technologies and enhance the core competitiveness of the field.
