【摘要】:文章介紹了RBRVS的發(fā)展背景,分析了其構(gòu)成和計(jì)量模型,探討了其在某三甲醫(yī)院(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"N醫(yī)院")初步應(yīng)用的難點(diǎn),并在實(shí)際引用過(guò)程中提出可行的解決方案,目的在于增加N醫(yī)院醫(yī)師的績(jī)效薪酬,提高其積極性,并控制醫(yī)療成本及費(fèi)用的不合理增長(zhǎng),提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,使醫(yī)院回歸公益性,為我國(guó)績(jī)效改革實(shí)踐提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the development background of RBRVS, analyzes its constitution and metrological model, probes into the difficulties of its initial application in a third class hospital ("N hospital"), and puts forward some feasible solutions in the process of practical application. The purpose of this paper is to increase the performance compensation of doctors in N hospital, to improve their enthusiasm, to control the unreasonable increase of medical costs and expenses, to improve the quality of service, and to make hospitals return to public welfare, and to provide useful reference for the practice of performance reform in our country.
