【摘要】：本文選取我國2006-2014年A股上市的民營企業(yè)作為研究樣本,分析了政治關(guān)聯(lián)、多元化與公司績效的關(guān)系。研究表明:存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)的企業(yè)的多元化程度顯著大于不存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)的企業(yè);政府干預(yù)程度越嚴(yán)重的地區(qū),政治關(guān)聯(lián)對民營企業(yè)多元化水平的影響程度也越高;當(dāng)企業(yè)不存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)的時候,多元化對于企業(yè)績效沒有顯著的影響作用,但是當(dāng)企業(yè)存在政治關(guān)聯(lián)時,多元化對于企業(yè)績效出現(xiàn)了顯著的提升作用。
[Abstract]:This paper selects the private enterprises listed in A shares from 2006 to 2014 as the research sample to analyze the relationship between political association, diversification and corporate performance. The results show that: the degree of diversification of enterprises with political connection is significantly higher than that of enterprises without political connection, the more serious the degree of government intervention, the higher the influence of political association on the level of diversification of private enterprises. When there is no political connection, diversification has no significant effect on corporate performance, but when there is political connection, diversification has a significant effect on corporate performance.
