【摘要】：基于交易成本理論和湘西自治州K水庫移民創(chuàng)業(yè)案例就社會網(wǎng)絡嵌入的深化對農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響進行分析,結果表明:社會網(wǎng)絡的確能幫助創(chuàng)業(yè)者獲取一定的初始資源,適度的社會網(wǎng)絡嵌入對農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)初期的發(fā)展起到了較大作用。但農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)時的社會網(wǎng)絡很多時候并非正式契約,隨著嵌入程度的加深,農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)在社會網(wǎng)絡中連接的節(jié)點和紐帶數(shù)量及其強度在增加,社會網(wǎng)絡嵌入的深化通常伴隨較大的風險和不確定性。這往往還導致資產(chǎn)專用性的增強和強關系的形成,使企業(yè)的交易成本一步步加大。當社會網(wǎng)絡過度嵌入最終演化為路徑依賴,農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)將被鎖定在缺乏新信息和喪失創(chuàng)新活力的路徑上,最終有損于企業(yè)績效和長期發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Based on the transaction cost theory and the case of immigrant entrepreneurship of K reservoir in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, this paper analyzes the impact of social network embedding on farmers' entrepreneurship. The results show that social network can help entrepreneurs to obtain certain initial resources. Moderate social network embedding plays an important role in the initial development of farmers' entrepreneurial enterprises. However, the social network is often not a formal contract when farmers start a business. With the deepening of embedding, the number of nodes and ties connected by farmers' entrepreneurial enterprises in the social network and their intensity are increasing. The deepening of social network embedding is usually accompanied by greater risk and uncertainty. This often leads to the enhancement of asset specificity and the formation of strong relationship, which makes the transaction cost of enterprises increase step by step. When the social network is overembedded and eventually evolves into path dependence, farmers' entrepreneurial enterprises will be locked in the path of lack of new information and loss of innovation vitality, which will ultimately harm the performance and long-term development of enterprises.
