【摘要】：政府審計是國家經(jīng)濟社會運行的"免疫系統(tǒng)"。基于2010~2014年審計署績效報告,在分析我國審計署績效狀況及美國審計署績效評價體系的基礎上,構(gòu)建包含財務層面、審計人員、審計客戶、內(nèi)部管理四個維度的我國審計署績效評價指標體系,以期更好地發(fā)揮我國審計署的國家治理作用,提高審計署的公信力。
[Abstract]:Government audit is the national economic and social operation of the "immune system."Based on the performance report of Audit Office from 2010 to 2014, on the basis of analyzing the performance situation of Audit Office in China and the performance evaluation system of the United States Audit Office, this paper constructs a system that includes financial aspects, auditors, audit clients, etc.The four dimensions of internal management of the performance evaluation index system of the Audit Office of our country, in order to better play the role of governance of the Audit Office of our country, improve the credibility of the Audit Office.
