【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游開(kāi)發(fā)不可避免會(huì)重構(gòu)人地關(guān)系,對(duì)農(nóng)戶、鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)都會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要影響,不同旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式直接影響鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展績(jī)效。以三類鄉(xiāng)村旅游地為例,在總結(jié)資源、管理和發(fā)展主體差異的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)其呈現(xiàn)三類模式,各自特征分別表現(xiàn)為社區(qū)集體發(fā)展的民俗體驗(yàn)、社區(qū)主導(dǎo)的農(nóng)家樂(lè)休閑和政府主導(dǎo)的遺址景區(qū)休閑。進(jìn)而利用可持續(xù)生計(jì)框架和旅游效應(yīng)理論,系統(tǒng)分析旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式對(duì)農(nóng)戶生計(jì)變化和社區(qū)的影響。研究表明:三種模式下農(nóng)戶生計(jì)策略都由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)生計(jì)方式向新型旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)主導(dǎo)生計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,農(nóng)戶金融、物質(zhì)、社會(huì)資本提升明顯;其資源開(kāi)發(fā)模式?jīng)Q定農(nóng)戶生計(jì)多樣性與務(wù)工選擇,旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式影響生計(jì)資本變化方向和社區(qū)旅游效應(yīng)差異。其次,通過(guò)邏輯回歸模型深入解釋了三種類型旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式的影響作用,并給出其影響機(jī)理的理論解釋。研究指出三種模式旅游影響途徑都以農(nóng)戶金融、物質(zhì)資本提升、鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主導(dǎo),相比而言,社區(qū)集體運(yùn)營(yíng)、農(nóng)戶主導(dǎo)的袁家村模式以"人"為核心,促進(jìn)了鄉(xiāng)村旅游全面發(fā)展�？傮w來(lái)說(shuō),資源差異與社區(qū)基礎(chǔ)是農(nóng)戶生計(jì)變化、社區(qū)影響的原動(dòng)力,政府角色、社區(qū)(企業(yè))作用與農(nóng)戶利益是旅游開(kāi)發(fā)管理的核心,旅游開(kāi)發(fā)模式中政府有效管理、農(nóng)戶主體地位與外界力量正確介入才能保障鄉(xiāng)村旅游有序進(jìn)行,促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:The development of rural tourism will inevitably reconstruct the relationship between people and land, which will have an important impact on farmers and rural communities, and different tourism development modes will directly affect the performance of rural tourism development. On the basis of the differences between management and development subjects, it is found that there are three kinds of patterns, each characteristic of which is the folk custom experience of community collective development. Community-led rural recreation and government-led recreation in heritage sites. In turn, the sustainable livelihood framework and tourism effect theory are used. This paper systematically analyzes the impact of tourism development mode on farmers' livelihood changes and communities. The results show that: the three modes of farmers' livelihood strategies are transformed from traditional agricultural livelihood mode to new type tourism management leading livelihood, peasant household finance, material, and so on. The increase of social capital is obvious, the resource development mode determines the diversity of farmers' livelihood and the choice of migrant workers, and the tourism management mode influences the direction of livelihood capital change and the difference of community tourism effect. Through the logical regression model, this paper explains the influence of the three types of tourism development models, and gives a theoretical explanation of their influence mechanism. Rural social and economic development is dominant. In contrast, the pattern of "people" is the core of Yuan Jia Village, which is operated collectively by communities and farmers, which promotes the overall development of rural tourism. In general, the difference between resources and community is the change of farmers' livelihood. The motive force of community influence, the role of government, the role of community (enterprise) and the interests of farmers are the core of tourism development management. In order to ensure the orderly development of rural tourism and promote the development and transformation of rural communities, farmers' main position and outside forces can correctly intervene in order to ensure the orderly development of rural tourism.
