【摘要】：正學校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特別強調(diào)勤儉辦學,專門把其納入各部門績效考核的內(nèi)容。為節(jié)約辦公用紙,對所有部門提出的要求是:一張紙要正反兩面用,非正式文件一般不得使用空白紙。辦公室照章辦事,有一次廢紙用完了,小李只好用空白紙打印,學校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一看用的不是廢紙,臉色陡變:"為什么不用廢紙打呀,學校不是有明文規(guī)定嗎?""廢紙用完了。"那位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)還不相信:"每天打印那么多文件,我就不相信你們那兒沒有一張廢紙!"他親自到辦公室檢查,翻箱倒柜,還真找出幾張廢紙。小李很是尷尬,幾乎掉下了淚。
[Abstract]:In order to save office paper, all departments are required to use one piece of paper for both positive and negative use. In general, no blank paper should be used in non-papers. The office handled things according to the rules. Once the waste paper was used up, Xiao Li had to print it with blank paper. The school leader did not use the waste paper at a glance. His face suddenly changed: "Why don't you use waste paper to type it?" Isn't there an explicit rule in the school? "" "waste paper is out." the leader did not believe: "every day printing so many documents, I do not believe that you do not have a piece of waste paper!" "he went to the office and went over to the counter and found some pieces of waste paper. Xiao Li was embarrassed and almost shed tears.
