【摘要】：本系統(tǒng)是為中國農業(yè)發(fā)展銀行山東省分行開發(fā)的,旨在解決目前對銀行一線業(yè)務柜員的工作考核問題,為個人獎金、晉升等的評定提供基礎的數字依據。原有對柜員的考核方式以主觀評測為主,嚴重影響了一線員工的工作積極性和創(chuàng)造性。本系統(tǒng)借鑒“平衡計分卡”思想,利用現(xiàn)代網絡通信技術,以“計分卡”的方式把柜員的工作量、工作質量、客戶滿意度、學習成長能力等各方面進行量化,從多方面綜合計分,平衡考核,提高績效考核公平性。本文在詳細分析了中國農業(yè)發(fā)展銀行山東省分行營業(yè)室柜員的日常業(yè)務之后,充分考慮柜員在工作周期內完成的各種財會業(yè)務事項以及個人成長、組織貢獻等情況,對系統(tǒng)需求進行了分析描述。主要從業(yè)務量、業(yè)務完成質量、客戶滿意度、個人學習考試、資質證書、個人創(chuàng)新等方面對柜員進行全方面綜合評價。在此基礎之上,本文對柜員績效量化考核系統(tǒng)進行了架構設計,明確了該系統(tǒng)的技術架構與功能架構。本系統(tǒng)的設計充分考慮了我國政策性銀行關于信息管理的特殊要求,確定了數據來源、與其他系統(tǒng)的數據接口、技術路線、數據庫結構等。本系統(tǒng)為B/S架構,基于.NET平臺開發(fā),前端使用JavaScript、CSS和ASP.NET等技術,后臺數據交互和業(yè)務邏輯使用C#進行處理,數據庫采用Microsoft SQL Server 2012,部署在Windows Server 2012 R2服務環(huán)境,使用IIS Web服務器提供服務。本系統(tǒng)的應用將財會系統(tǒng)的績效考核評價體系從基層組織延伸到柜員個人,成功解決了中國農業(yè)發(fā)展銀行山東省分行目前在管理上遇到瓶頸,促進日常管理工作的標準化和數字化。待發(fā)展成熟,未來可以向總行和其他省分行推廣。
[Abstract]:The system is developed for the Shandong Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China. It aims to solve the problem of assessing the work of bank tellers in front-line business at present, and it is for individual bonuses. The appraisal of promotion and so on provides the basic digital basis. The original assessment method of the teller is mainly subjective evaluation, which seriously affects the work enthusiasm and creativity of the front-line staff. This system uses the idea of "balanced Scorecard" for reference. By using modern network communication technology, the workload, work quality, customer satisfaction, learning and growth ability of teller are quantified in the form of "scorecard". After the detailed analysis of the daily business of the teller in the operating room of the Shandong Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China, this paper fully considers the various financial and accounting business items completed by the teller during the work cycle and personal growth. From the aspects of business volume, quality of business completion, customer satisfaction, personal study examination, qualification certificate, etc. On the basis of comprehensive evaluation of teller in personal innovation and other aspects, this paper designs the framework of quantitative performance appraisal system for teller. The technical framework and functional framework of the system are defined. The design of the system takes into account the special requirements of China's policy banks on information management, and determines the data source, the data interface with other systems, and the technical route. This system is based on. Net platform development, front-end use JavaScript CSS and ASP.NET technology, background data exchange and business logic processing using C #, database uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012, deployed in Windows Server 2012 R2 service environment. IIS Web server is used to provide service. The application of this system extends the performance evaluation system of financial and accounting system from grass-roots organization to individual teller, and successfully solves the bottleneck in management of Shandong Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China. To promote the standardization and digitization of daily management. To be mature, it can be extended to head office and other provincial branches in the future.
