【摘要】:K公司是生產(chǎn)電子產(chǎn)品的大型企業(yè),專業(yè)生產(chǎn)電子產(chǎn)品的高新科技集團(tuán)。擁有國內(nèi)外眾多客戶,知名企業(yè)有華為、小米、魅族、諾基亞等。作為生產(chǎn)電子產(chǎn)品的企業(yè),產(chǎn)品擁有不同種類和不同類別。包括手機(jī)、智能手表、手環(huán)等品種電子產(chǎn)品。不同種類的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程不相同。根據(jù)不同的客戶和產(chǎn)品類型現(xiàn)擁有多個(gè)系統(tǒng)來管控產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程,各系統(tǒng)功能分散,不僅不利于統(tǒng)一管理,而且增加操作人員的工作復(fù)雜度和維護(hù)人員的壓力。為了解決現(xiàn)有問題,亟需一套功能統(tǒng)一、可擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)、易操作及多樣化的MES系統(tǒng)。本文詳細(xì)記錄了面向電子產(chǎn)品制造的MES系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程,描述目前行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際價(jià)值,以及簡要介紹開發(fā)工具及相關(guān)技術(shù)。此外,重點(diǎn)研究需求和軟件架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)分析用戶需求,根據(jù)需實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能設(shè)計(jì)軟件架構(gòu),以確保高并發(fā)、大數(shù)據(jù)等環(huán)境下,能夠正常運(yùn)行。系統(tǒng)利用條碼實(shí)時(shí)追溯產(chǎn)品,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;用強(qiáng)大的統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)管理,提高設(shè)備使用率,減少資源浪費(fèi);信息化生產(chǎn)作業(yè),提高管理能力全面提高企業(yè)核心競爭力。MES使用為產(chǎn)線管理實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)革新,對(duì)行業(yè)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn),達(dá)到以下效果:1.系統(tǒng)功能強(qiáng)大,靈活多樣且智能化,在異常頻發(fā)的電子產(chǎn)品加工產(chǎn)線上,有效掌控生產(chǎn)全程,敏捷的應(yīng)對(duì)并解決生產(chǎn)過程發(fā)生的各種突發(fā)情況,降低生.產(chǎn)成本,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;2.對(duì)產(chǎn)線各品牌產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集對(duì)組織內(nèi)部流程的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)置、取樣、計(jì)算、分析,衡量人工或設(shè)備的流程績效并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立科學(xué)合理的KPI數(shù)據(jù)庫,形成先進(jìn)的考核機(jī)制倡導(dǎo)員工打造工匠精神,推進(jìn)公司文化建設(shè);3.利用混排方法,有效解決小批多量的訂單難題,公司的接單能力顯著提升,提高了產(chǎn)品的市場占有率,順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為制造行業(yè)邁向:"工業(yè)4.0"時(shí)代以及實(shí)現(xiàn)"中國制造2025"做出有效嘗試。
[Abstract]:K Company is a large enterprise that produces electronic products, and a high-tech group specializing in electronic products. It has many customers at home and abroad, and famous enterprises include Huawei, Xiaomi, Meizu, Nokia, etc. As an enterprise that produces electronic products, Products have different types and different categories. Including mobile phones, smart watches, Different kinds of electronic products, such as bracelet. Different kinds of products have different production processes. According to different customers and product types, there are many systems to control the production process of products. The function of each system is dispersed, which is not only not conducive to unified management, In order to solve the existing problems, it is necessary to have a unified set of functions and strong expansibility. This paper describes the design and implementation of the MES system for electronic products manufacturing, describes the current development of the industry and the practical value of the system. It also briefly introduces the development tools and related technologies. In addition, it focuses on research requirements and software architecture design, analyzes the needs of users in detail, and designs the software architecture according to the need to achieve functions, in order to ensure high concurrency, big data and other environments, Can run normally. The system uses barcode to trace the product in real time, improves the product quality, manages the data with the powerful statistical report form, improves the equipment utilization rate, reduces the waste of resources; the information production operation, To improve the management ability and improve the core competence of the enterprise in an all-round way. Mes is used to realize technological innovation for the production line management and to contribute to the development of the industry. The system achieves the following results: 1.The system is powerful, flexible, diverse and intelligent. In the abnormal frequency of electronic products processing production line, effectively control the entire production process, agile response and solve the production process of all kinds of emergencies, reduce the cost of production, Improve product quality 2. Set, sample, calculate, analyze, measure the process performance of labor or equipment and make statistical analysis on the key parameters of the internal process of the organization by collecting the production data of each brand product in the production line. To establish a scientific and reasonable KPI database, to form an advanced examination mechanism to advocate the craftsman spirit of the employees and to promote the construction of the company's culture. 3. By using the mixed arrangement method, we can effectively solve the problem of small lots and many orders, and the company's ability to receive orders will be greatly enhanced. It improves the market share of the products, conforms to the trend of development of the times, and makes an effective attempt for the manufacturing industry to move towards the era of "Industry 4.0" and to realize "made in China 2025".
