【摘要】：長春海拉作為海拉集團(tuán)在中國的標(biāo)桿工廠,通過一流的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,還有伙伴式的合作以及高水準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)來使客戶滿意,這是海拉業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在德國總部強(qiáng)大的技術(shù)背景與資源平臺(tái)支持和幫助下,公司在設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)及實(shí)踐能力領(lǐng)域一直處于國內(nèi)車燈行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先水平。我們產(chǎn)品的零缺陷、生產(chǎn)能力與績效和國際性相結(jié)合,長期確保所有客戶的滿意度,從而也能保證我們的競(jìng)爭力。海拉的產(chǎn)品在過去的20年內(nèi)得到了長足的發(fā)展,海拉與汽車照明系統(tǒng)之間有著密不可分的聯(lián)系,除擁有傳統(tǒng)的汽車照明技術(shù)鹵素大燈外,并陸續(xù)推出了氙氣大燈和尖端的LED照明系統(tǒng)。長春海拉的優(yōu)秀研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì),不僅擁有豐富的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),而且為照明領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新解決方案提供了建設(shè)性的意見與支持。正因?yàn)閾碛腥绱藘?yōu)秀的隊(duì)伍,為企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的開發(fā)基礎(chǔ)。本文通過對(duì)公司質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)流程的改進(jìn),使物料主數(shù)據(jù)采集錄入、檢驗(yàn)計(jì)劃制定、批量檢驗(yàn)、持續(xù)改進(jìn)等流程得到了優(yōu)化,讓信息系統(tǒng)更好的為質(zhì)量管理服務(wù)。企業(yè)加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部與外部的質(zhì)量管理,通過結(jié)合可靠的信息系統(tǒng),及時(shí)追蹤產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量狀況的評(píng)測(cè)結(jié)果,是實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證和質(zhì)量體系自我完善的重要途徑,也是質(zhì)量管理的重要一環(huán)。本文首先概述了海拉公司質(zhì)量管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展中存在的問題和原因,確定包括提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低成本、提升服務(wù)水平等要素的持續(xù)改進(jìn),并在實(shí)施前確定明確的可度量的目標(biāo),結(jié)合現(xiàn)有信息管理系統(tǒng)SAP,進(jìn)一步論述企業(yè)信息管理在質(zhì)量管理中的作用和職責(zé),并通過調(diào)研分析得出系統(tǒng)功能性和非功能性需求。最后對(duì)于上述需求,設(shè)計(jì)總體改進(jìn)方案,為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)零缺陷生產(chǎn)和提高顧客滿意度的目標(biāo)提供了信息保障,確保質(zhì)量管理體系能持續(xù)有效地運(yùn)行。在海拉的公司經(jīng)營管理中,通過穩(wěn)健的產(chǎn)品和精心選擇制造方法的方式來策劃產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,從而創(chuàng)建穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn)過程,執(zhí)行適當(dāng)?shù)馁|(zhì)量監(jiān)控,保證生產(chǎn)過程和產(chǎn)品的復(fù)合型,提升員工的質(zhì)量意識(shí)和專業(yè)技能。企業(yè)又利用質(zhì)量管理信息系統(tǒng)SAP QM作為質(zhì)量管理保障性工作的重要環(huán)節(jié),不僅對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)過程控制和質(zhì)量管理起著不可忽視的作用,而且為企業(yè)內(nèi)部的信息資源共享提供了技術(shù)平臺(tái),避免了信息在傳遞的過程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)的各種錯(cuò)誤,減少了大量數(shù)據(jù)傳遞所需要的人工和時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:As the benchmark factory of Haila Group in China, Changchun Haila makes customers satisfied with first-class products and service quality, as well as partnership and high level of professional knowledge. This is the standard of Hera's business activities. With the support and help of the strong technical background and resource platform of the German headquarters, the company is designing. Our R & D and practice capabilities are always in the leading position in the domestic automotive industry. Our products have zero defects, production capacity, performance and international integration, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. In the past 20 years, the products of Haila have made great progress, and there is a close relationship between Haila and the automobile lighting system. In addition to the traditional automotive lighting technology halogen headlamps, and the introduction of xenon headlamps and cutting-edge LED lighting system. Changchun Haila excellent research and development team, not only has rich professional experience. And for the lighting field of innovative solutions to provide constructive advice and support. Precisely because of such an excellent team. Through the improvement of the quality management information system process, the material master data collection and input, inspection plan formulation, batch inspection. Continuous improvement and other processes have been optimized so that information systems better serve for quality management. Enterprises strengthen internal and external quality management through the combination of reliable information systems. It is an important way to realize the quality assurance and the self-improvement of the quality system to track the evaluation results of the product quality condition in time. It is also an important part of quality management. Firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of the quality management of Hella Company, analyzes the problems and reasons in the development of quality management, and determines that it includes improving the product quality and reducing the cost. Improve the service level and other elements of continuous improvement, and before the implementation of a clear measurable goal, combined with the existing information management system SAP, further discusses the role and responsibilities of enterprise information management in quality management. And through the investigation and analysis of the system functional and non-functional requirements. Finally, for the above requirements, the design of the overall improvement scheme for enterprises to achieve zero defect production and improve customer satisfaction goals to provide information security. To ensure that the quality management system can continue to operate effectively. In the company management of Haila, we plan the quality of products through sound products and careful selection of manufacturing methods, thus creating a stable production process. Perform proper quality monitoring to ensure the production process and product compounding. Improve the quality awareness and professional skills of the staff. Enterprises also use the quality management information system (SAP QM) as an important part of the quality management assurance work, not only monitoring. Evaluation process control and quality management play an important role, and provide a technical platform for information resource sharing within the enterprise, and avoid all kinds of errors that may occur in the process of information transmission. Reduces the labor and time required for a large number of data transfers.
