【摘要】：以審判為中心的訴訟制度改革是全面深化司法體制改革、全面深化公安改革的一項重要任務(wù)。以審判為中心內(nèi)涵豐富,對照其原則理念,受長期以來以偵查為中心訴訟模式之影響,當(dāng)前公安刑偵工作在思維理念、證據(jù)收集、配套制度建設(shè)、績效考核等方面還面臨一些問題。秉持"體系化"改革思路,可從思維理念轉(zhuǎn)變、相關(guān)制度機(jī)制健全完善、考核指標(biāo)調(diào)整等方面綜合著力,推進(jìn)新形勢下公安刑偵工作之改革創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The reform of litigation system centered on trial is an important task to deepen the reform of judicial system and the reform of public security in an all-round way. Under the influence of the investigation as the center of litigation mode for a long time, the current public security criminal investigation work in the concept of thinking, evidence collection, supporting system construction. Performance evaluation and other aspects are still facing some problems. Adhering to the "systematization" reform ideas, from the thinking concept change, relevant system and mechanism perfect, assessment index adjustment and other aspects of comprehensive efforts. To promote the reform and innovation of public security criminal investigation under the new situation.
