【摘要】：黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心是負責貴州省黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)安全的主要部門,為了加強黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心的管理工作,黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心結合自身需求,希望引入計算機技術開發(fā)一個專屬于黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心的網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng),本文在上述背景之上提出了黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究與分析課題。本文的主要工作是完成黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)的研究與分析工作,具體包括對黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核目前的考核流程進行了分析,確定了本文的核心業(yè)務流程包括考核指標管理、考核數(shù)據(jù)管理、網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核實施、考核結果管理以及考核統(tǒng)計與分析業(yè)務,對黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核流程進行了優(yōu)化。分析了黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)的主要角色,通過用例圖的方式對黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)功能需求進行了分析,通過包圖建立了黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)的功能結構。對黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)需求進行了分析,包括分析了系統(tǒng)的類圖結構,重點分析了系統(tǒng)實體類關系以及實體類的屬性,給出了黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫表結構。本文工作是基于黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核的實際需求進行的,本文工作能夠滿足黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核的實際需求,為黔西南州互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心網(wǎng)絡警察績效考核系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)進行了基礎研究。
[Abstract]:Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center is the main department responsible for the Internet security in Guizhou Province, in order to strengthen the management of Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center combined with its own needs hope to introduce computer technology to develop a network police performance appraisal system which belongs to Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. Based on the above background, this paper puts forward the research and analysis of network police performance evaluation information management system of Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. The main work of this paper is to complete the network police of Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. Investigate the research and analysis of performance appraisal system. It includes the analysis of the current performance appraisal process of network police in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center, and the determination of the core business process of this paper, including assessment index management, assessment data management. Network police performance evaluation implementation, assessment results management, as well as assessment statistics and analysis business. This paper optimizes the performance appraisal process of network police in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center, and analyzes the main role of network police performance appraisal system in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. This paper analyzes the functional requirements of network police performance evaluation system in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center by means of use case diagram. The functional structure of the network police performance appraisal system of Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center is established through the package chart. The data requirement of the network police performance appraisal system of Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center is analyzed. Including the analysis of the system class diagram structure, focusing on the analysis of the system entity class relationship and entity class attributes. This paper gives the database table structure of network police performance appraisal system of Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. The work of this paper is based on the actual demand of network police performance evaluation in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. The work of this paper can meet the actual needs of network police performance evaluation in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center. The basic research is carried out for the design and implementation of network police performance appraisal system in Qianxinan Internet Monitoring Center.
