本文關(guān)鍵詞：哥斯達(dá)黎加的經(jīng)濟(jì)和自然環(huán)境對(duì)酒店業(yè)的影響研究，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

【摘要】：旅游業(yè)過(guò)去在全球逐漸成為最重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,并且在當(dāng)今世界很多國(guó)家成為非常重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),旅游業(yè)包羅萬(wàn)象,但是本論文將研究重點(diǎn)放在旅游業(yè)中的酒店業(yè),酒店業(yè)因?yàn)槟軌蚪o許多國(guó)家?guī)?lái)較高的收入并且能夠加強(qiáng)本國(guó)與外界的聯(lián)系因而在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中扮演重要角色,酒店業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)一個(gè)重要的組成部分并且對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有積極的影響其中最主要的是酒店業(yè)還具備拉動(dòng)就業(yè)的功能.酒店業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的積極作用的大小取決于開(kāi)發(fā)必要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的投資能力和滿(mǎn)足旅游者的能力然而,在傳統(tǒng)的旅游業(yè)中存在著很多隱形的成本和費(fèi)用并且對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)有不利的經(jīng)濟(jì)影響比如成本損耗,一個(gè)區(qū)域的直接收入源于旅游者在其邊界中的花費(fèi)往往是,因?yàn)橛懈鞣N成本費(fèi)用的支出,收入往往會(huì)變得很少,這些成本費(fèi)用包括：稅務(wù)支出,本區(qū)域外的工資和利潤(rùn)支出,進(jìn)口支出,伴之而來(lái)的還有基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施支出。開(kāi)發(fā)酒店很可能會(huì)耗費(fèi)當(dāng)?shù)卣图{稅人很多的經(jīng)費(fèi),開(kāi)發(fā)者可能會(huì)要求政府改善機(jī)場(chǎng)、公路和其他公共設(shè)施。旅游者對(duì)基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)和商品的強(qiáng)烈需求導(dǎo)致的物價(jià)上漲會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦纳顜?lái)負(fù)面影響,因?yàn)樗麄兊男劫Y并沒(méi)有隨之增長(zhǎng))。酒店業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)還會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成一定影響),特別是會(huì)對(duì)水源造成污染),旅游業(yè)會(huì)通過(guò)建造和維修旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等途徑污染水源甚至?xí)鹬車(chē)用竦男幕�、�?tīng)力下降,對(duì)野生動(dòng)植物生存造成壓力.生態(tài)環(huán)境和自然棲居地會(huì)被旅游基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和旅游活動(dòng)破壞,旅游業(yè)會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響當(dāng)?shù)刭?lài)以生存的環(huán)境資源。但是從另外角度講,如果得到保護(hù)和留存,旅游業(yè)也會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)境帶來(lái)益處和福利.酒店對(duì)于世界上的旅游者住宿而言顯而易見(jiàn)是必不可少的,但是它們也會(huì)有消極的方面,突出地表現(xiàn)在對(duì)環(huán)境的破壞上。本論文以哥斯達(dá)黎加的旅館業(yè)實(shí)踐為樣本,旨在解釋旅游業(yè)通過(guò)何種機(jī)理對(duì)一國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響。
