摘要：

高職高專(zhuān)酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)性很強(qiáng),該專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生在學(xué)好理論知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,還必須積累一定的酒店管理實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。酒店管理校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的存在就是為了鍛煉酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)討論分析當(dāng)前酒店管理校內(nèi)生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地存在的問(wèn)題,從四個(gè)方面提出了完善酒店管理生產(chǎn)性實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建議,希望對(duì)酒店管理專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)生有所幫助。

Abstract： 

Hotel management major in higher vocational education is of very strong practicality,so the students should also accumulate certain experience in hotel management on the basis of theoretical knowledge.School productive training base for hotel management exists for training students majoring in hotel management experience.Through analyzing the existing problems in current hotel management school productive training base,this paper puts forward recommendations from four aspects to improve productive training base for hotel management,hoping to help students majoring in hotel management.
