中國(guó)是韓國(guó)對(duì)外投資最重要的對(duì)象之一。韓國(guó)企業(yè)把資金投向中國(guó)以降低生產(chǎn)成本并擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)份額。過去,韓國(guó)的直接投資中相當(dāng)大一部分來自于中小企業(yè),并把重點(diǎn)放在了毗鄰的山東及東北三省且投放的資金數(shù)額相對(duì)較少。然而近年來,每次的投資數(shù)額正逐漸增大,對(duì)長(zhǎng)江三角洲地區(qū)的投資也明顯增加,為中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)及出口的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)更好的發(fā)展環(huán)境。本文介紹了近年來韓國(guó)向中國(guó)直接投資的模式,并以實(shí)證分析為依據(jù)對(duì)其決定因素進(jìn)行了探究。從實(shí)證研究出發(fā),本文認(rèn)為以韓國(guó)實(shí)際GDP增長(zhǎng)率來衡量的有限市場(chǎng)增長(zhǎng)是導(dǎo)致韓國(guó)企業(yè)向中國(guó)投資,擴(kuò)大市場(chǎng)的動(dòng)因,同時(shí),韓國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不適于發(fā)展勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),這也促使韓國(guó)企業(yè)把資金投向中國(guó)以降低其生產(chǎn)成本。
