江蘇昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:金融已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的樞紐和命脈,它的發(fā)展關(guān)系著一國經(jīng)濟(jì)的正常運(yùn)行。這些年來,我國農(nóng)村金融體制的運(yùn)行不暢已嚴(yán)重阻礙農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)正常發(fā)展,因而農(nóng)村銀行業(yè)的改革已成為這幾年我國戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行,作為我國農(nóng)村信用社改革的產(chǎn)物,在改革深化中不斷發(fā)展壯大,已成為農(nóng)村金融體系中的重要組成部分和支持地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行于2004年12月經(jīng)中國銀行業(yè)監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn),于2005年1月8日成立,從其正式對(duì)外掛牌成立至今僅走過了短短7年的歷史。7年來,昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行取得了驕人的成績。它從原來的農(nóng)村信用社改制而成農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行,基本理順了產(chǎn)權(quán)關(guān)系、建立了較為健全的公司治理框架、并且近年來的經(jīng)營業(yè)績一直處于行業(yè)前列。然而,在外部環(huán)境不斷變化的同時(shí),它也暴露出一些問題。其原有體制的弊端尚未從根本上清除。資本規(guī)模偏小、人才儲(chǔ)備不足、營銷渠道單一等弱點(diǎn)開始顯現(xiàn)并制約著其發(fā)展的速度和質(zhì)量。同時(shí),由于商業(yè)銀行業(yè)固有的脆弱性,昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行還面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)周期波動(dòng)、政策不確定性、同業(yè)競爭的威脅,這要求昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行要明確其發(fā)展定位,綜合考慮自身情況、同業(yè)競爭、市場狀況、政府意向等因素,從戰(zhàn)略高度制定明確其可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及具體實(shí)施方案。研究這一內(nèi)容,不但有助于解決昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)部問題,更有利于昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行面向外部競爭。 具體來說,本文第一部分(第一章和第二章)是從歷史發(fā)展和當(dāng)前狀況兩個(gè)方面為全文提供充分背景資料。先是介紹農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行特殊的金融地位和當(dāng)前農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行內(nèi)憂外患的現(xiàn)狀,然后具體介紹昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行歷史沿革和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第二部分,(第三章、第四章和第五章)是全文重要部分,運(yùn)用SWOT分析,模型分析、實(shí)證分析,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析,圖表法等研究方法,研究昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行目前所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,及其內(nèi)外部存在的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,也分析了近幾年昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)變化狀態(tài)。然后針對(duì)如上分析,筆者闡述昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路上存在的障礙,并提出昆山農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行該如何克服其自身和外在的障礙,走好可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路的建議。這個(gè)建議具體包括積極構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代金融企業(yè)公司治理架構(gòu),強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部控制;打造流程銀行,再造競爭優(yōu)勢;加強(qiáng)管理和營銷,提高經(jīng)營能力;加強(qiáng)金融創(chuàng)新,推進(jìn)科技建設(shè);優(yōu)化資本運(yùn)作,完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制;完善網(wǎng)點(diǎn)管理,審慎跨區(qū)域發(fā)展。第三部分(第六章)是結(jié)束語,對(duì)農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行未來的發(fā)展趨勢提出了自己的看法,總結(jié)研究工作中得出的結(jié)論,提出有待進(jìn)一步研究的問題。
[Abstract]:Finance has become the hub and lifeline of modern economy, and its development is related to the normal operation of a country's economy. In recent years, the unsmooth operation of the rural financial system has seriously hindered the normal development of the rural economy, so the reform of the rural banking industry has become the focus of our country's strategic development in recent years. Rural commercial banks, as the product of the reform of rural credit cooperatives in China, have become an important part of the rural financial system and an important force to support the development of local economy. Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank was approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission in December 2004 and was established on January 8, 2005. It has been only 7 years since its formal listing to the outside world. Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank has made remarkable achievements. It changed from the original rural credit cooperatives into a rural commercial bank, basically straightened out the property rights relationship, established a relatively sound corporate governance framework, and in recent years, the business performance has been in the forefront of the industry. However, while the external environment is constantly changing, it also exposes some problems. The drawbacks of its original system have not been fundamentally eliminated. The weakness of capital scale is small, talent reserve is insufficient, marketing channel is single and so on, which begin to appear and restrict its development speed and quality. At the same time, due to the inherent fragility of commercial banking, Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank is also faced with economic cycle fluctuations, policy uncertainty, and the threat of peer competition, which requires Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank to define its development position. Considering its own situation, competition, market situation, government intention and so on, this paper formulates its sustainable development strategy and concrete implementation plan from the strategic height. The study of this content not only helps to solve the internal problems of Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank, but also helps Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank to face external competition. Specifically, the first part of this paper (chapter one and chapter two) is from the historical development and the current situation to provide sufficient background data for the full text. This paper first introduces the special financial status of rural commercial banks and the current situation of internal and external problems of rural commercial banks, and then introduces the history and development of rural commercial banks in Kunshan. The second part (Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 5) is an important part of the paper, which uses SWOT analysis, model analysis, empirical analysis, data analysis, chart analysis and other research methods. This paper studies the internal and external environment of Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank and its advantages and disadvantages. It also analyzes the risk state and risk changing state of Kunshan Rural Commercial Bank in recent years. Then, in view of the above analysis, the author expounds the obstacles on the road of sustainable development of rural commercial banks in Kunshan, and puts forward some suggestions on how to overcome their own and external obstacles and take the road of sustainable development. The suggestions include actively constructing the corporate governance structure of modern financial enterprises, strengthening internal control, building process banks, reconstructing competitive advantages, strengthening management and marketing, improving management ability, strengthening financial innovation and promoting scientific and technological construction. Optimize capital operation, perfect incentive mechanism, perfect network management, prudently cross-regional development. The third part (chapter six) is the conclusion, puts forward own view to the future development trend of the rural commercial bank, summarizes the conclusion in the research work, and puts forward the question which needs further research.
