【摘要】：近年來,中國銀行郴州分行的國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,但是也遇到了很多問題。在機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存的大背景下,如何有效地利用中國銀行在國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)方面的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢,制定新的市場發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,有效提升中國銀行郴州分行的核心競爭力,是中國銀行郴州分行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需要解決的重要問題。 本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)有關(guān)于銀行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方面的研究成果,對中國銀行郴州分行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行深入分析。首先,本文對經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的理論基礎(chǔ)進行了分析和整理,在此基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地分析了中國銀行郴州分行的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,對其當(dāng)前面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)、自身的資源和能力進行了細致的分析,明確了中國銀行郴州分行的機遇、威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢。 本文進一步結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理理論,對中行郴州分行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了重新設(shè)定,即確定追求卓越、持續(xù)發(fā)展,建設(shè)一流國際貿(mào)易結(jié)算銀行為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,在明確了戰(zhàn)略目標和實施步驟的同時,從人力資源保障、政策保障和風(fēng)險規(guī)避保障三大方面提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international settlement business of Chenzhou Branch of Bank of China has developed rapidly, but also encountered many problems. Against the background of the coexistence of opportunities and challenges, how to effectively utilize the traditional advantages of the Bank of China in international settlement business, formulate a new market development strategy, and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the Chenzhou Branch of the Bank of China, Is the bank of China Chenzhou branch international settlement business development strategy needs to solve the important problem. This paper analyzes the development strategy of the international settlement business of Chenzhou Branch of Bank of China in the light of the existing research results on the development of international settlement business of the Bank of China. First of all, this paper analyzes and arranges the theoretical basis of the management strategy, and then systematically analyzes the internal and external environment of Chenzhou Branch of Bank of China, and the opportunities and challenges it faces at present. Its resources and capabilities are analyzed carefully, and the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Chenzhou Branch of Bank of China are clarified. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper resets the development strategy of the international settlement business of Chenzhou Branch of Bank of China, that is, to determine the pursuit of excellence, sustainable development and the establishment of a first-class international trade settlement bank as the development strategy. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from three aspects: human resource guarantee, policy guarantee and risk aversion guarantee.
