【摘要】：自20世紀(jì)50年代以來,融資租賃已經(jīng)逐步發(fā)展成為世界第二大融資渠道,在我國的發(fā)展仍然處于初期階段,未來的前景十分廣闊。目前,世界上融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)仍然集中在美國、歐洲、亞洲的韓國、日本等國家,大多數(shù)發(fā)展中國家融資租賃市場剛剛進(jìn)入初級發(fā)展階段,業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模小、滲透率低,對經(jīng)濟(jì)的促進(jìn)作用也沒有顯現(xiàn)出來。 在融資租賃的理論研究方面,國外的研究體系構(gòu)架比較完整,理論研究與實踐應(yīng)用并重。國內(nèi)理論研究缺乏完整的體系,主要集中在介紹融資租賃的基本理論、國外的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗和融資租賃在飛機(jī)、船舶等個別領(lǐng)域的實踐應(yīng)用。根據(jù)目前融資租賃的已有理論,借鑒其他國家,特別是日韓兩國的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)蒙古銀行的業(yè)務(wù)體系以及資源優(yōu)勢,通過SWOT分析,研究內(nèi)蒙古銀行發(fā)展金融租賃的具體實現(xiàn)途徑,以促進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 1950s, financial leasing has gradually developed into the second largest financing channel in the world. In our country, the development is still in the initial stage, and the future prospects are very broad. At present, the financial leasing business in the world is still concentrated in the United States, Europe, Asia, South Korea, Japan and other countries. Most developing countries have just entered the primary stage of development of the financial leasing market. The business scale is small and the penetration rate is low. The role of promoting the economy also did not show up. In the theoretical research of financial leasing, the foreign research system framework is relatively complete, both theoretical research and practical application. The domestic theoretical research lacks a complete system, mainly focusing on the introduction of the basic theory of financial leasing, the development experience of foreign countries and the practical application of financial leasing in some fields such as aircraft, ships and so on. According to the existing theory of finance lease, using for reference the development experience of other countries, especially Japan and South Korea, combining the present situation of local economic development in Inner Mongolia, the business system and resource advantage of Inner Mongolia Bank, this paper analyzes by SWOT. In order to promote the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia economy, this paper studies the specific ways to realize the development of financial leasing in Inner Mongolia Bank.
