山東省農(nóng)村信用社員工流失原因分析與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著改革開放和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國農(nóng)村信用社得到蓬勃興起和快速發(fā)展。相比傳統(tǒng)的國有商業(yè)銀行,它的時(shí)代特征更加鮮明,企業(yè)個(gè)性也更加突出。而人才問題,是一項(xiàng)關(guān)系農(nóng)村信用社生存發(fā)展乃至國計(jì)民生的重要問題,是“熱點(diǎn)問題”,也是“難點(diǎn)問題”,是必須馬上去正視和解決的“現(xiàn)實(shí)問題”。運(yùn)用管理學(xué)的理論知識(shí)和國內(nèi)外研究成果,結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境和農(nóng)村信用社發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)這一問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的研究和分析,具有充分的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先介紹了農(nóng)村信用社員工流失的研究背景、意義及研究現(xiàn)狀,說明了本文的研究內(nèi)容和運(yùn)用的研究方法,其次闡述了員工流失的相關(guān)理論,為本文提供理論基礎(chǔ),第三部分介紹了山東省農(nóng)村信用社的員工流失狀況和可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),第四部分通過設(shè)計(jì)問卷、問卷的發(fā)放及回收和分析山東省農(nóng)村信用社存在的問題,提出了解決這些問題的方法和合理化建議,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于系統(tǒng)性的分析了山東省農(nóng)村信用社的員工流失的問題,透過現(xiàn)象研究出現(xiàn)該問題的原因。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up and the continuous development of the national economy, rural credit cooperatives in China have been booming and rapid development. Compared with the traditional state-owned commercial banks, its characteristics of the times, enterprise personality is more prominent. The issue of talents is an important issue related to the survival and development of rural credit cooperatives, as well as the national economy and people's livelihood. It is also a "hot issue" and a "difficult problem", and it is a "realistic problem" that must be faced squarely and solved immediately. It is of great practical significance to make a systematic study and analysis of this problem by using the theoretical knowledge of management and the domestic and foreign research results, combined with the current macroeconomic environment and the current development situation of rural credit cooperatives in China. This paper first introduces the research background, significance and current situation of the staff turnover of rural credit cooperatives, explains the research content and application of the research methods, and then expounds the related theory of employee turnover, which provides a theoretical basis for this paper. The third part introduces the situation of staff turnover and the possible risks of Shandong Rural Credit Cooperatives. The fourth part analyzes the problems of Shandong Rural Credit Cooperatives by designing questionnaires, issuing questionnaires and recycling them. This paper puts forward the methods and rational suggestions to solve these problems. The innovation of this paper lies in the systematic analysis of the problem of staff turnover in Shandong Rural Credit Cooperative.
