華夏銀行國際化經(jīng)營風(fēng)險防范研究

【摘要】:目前,有越來越多的中資股份制商業(yè)銀行開始“走出去”,實(shí)施國際化經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略。在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)金融一體化趨勢下,中國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營具有多重意義。但是由于體制制約、經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺、技術(shù)落后、人才短缺以及銀行內(nèi)部管理規(guī)則與國際規(guī)范還存在諸多差距等原因,中資銀行在國際化過程中存在著一系列的風(fēng)險。隨著我國商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營的發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行將會與更多的國家建立業(yè)務(wù)往來或是在國外新建分支機(jī)構(gòu),將遭遇更多的國家風(fēng)險;所面臨的外匯頭寸暴露也會進(jìn)一步加大,將會遭遇更多的匯率變動帶來的風(fēng)險;跨國經(jīng)營,也會給中資商業(yè)銀行的內(nèi)控制度等帶來挑戰(zhàn),導(dǎo)致操作風(fēng)險加大。因此如何有效防范風(fēng)險、保持穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營已成為目前商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營管理的重要課題。 遵循這一要求,本文將研究對象設(shè)定為華夏銀行,第一章首先介紹了選題的背景、研究目的和思路、內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)以及研究方法。第二章試圖從理論上對商業(yè)銀行國際化風(fēng)險管理方面的理論基礎(chǔ)、主要類型和技術(shù)方法進(jìn)行較為全面的概括和介紹。第三章結(jié)合我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的實(shí)際,通過分析中國銀行業(yè)“走出去”的特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀,采取PEST框架論述了中國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營所面臨的機(jī)會和挑戰(zhàn)。第四章在對我國銀行業(yè)國際化經(jīng)營介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,利用SWOT分析了華夏銀行進(jìn)行國際化的優(yōu)劣勢,重點(diǎn)論述了華夏銀行在銀行業(yè)務(wù)國際化經(jīng)營過程中如何進(jìn)行風(fēng)險識別、評估、預(yù)警、防范和控制。第五章通過介紹目前國際化程度最高的跨國銀行——美國花旗銀行在國際化經(jīng)營中的策略和風(fēng)險防范方法,對比和分析了其可資華夏銀行國際化經(jīng)營借鑒的地方。第六章針對華夏銀行實(shí)施國際化之后可能帶來的新變化,以及所應(yīng)采取的有針對性的風(fēng)險防范措施,得出最終的結(jié)論:在當(dāng)前的國際經(jīng)濟(jì)和金融格局之下,華夏銀行國際化戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)與自身整體發(fā)展規(guī)劃和業(yè)務(wù)定位相適應(yīng),可以考慮采取多重模式,因地制宜,實(shí)行機(jī)構(gòu)新設(shè)與吸收并購兼顧,有重點(diǎn)、分步驟地穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)國際化經(jīng)營布局。同時應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加快制度和戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整,采取靈活機(jī)動的各類風(fēng)險防范策略,以應(yīng)對銀行經(jīng)營國際化帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more Chinese-owned joint-stock commercial banks begin to go out and implement international management strategy. Under the trend of global economic and financial integration, the internationalization of China's banking industry has many meanings. However, due to institutional constraints, lack of experience, backward technology, talent shortage and the gap between internal management rules and international norms, Chinese banks have a series of risks in the process of internationalization. With the development of transnational operation of commercial banks in China, commercial banks will establish business contacts with more countries or establish new branches in foreign countries, which will encounter more national risks, and the exposure of foreign exchange positions will be further increased. There will be more risks from exchange rate changes; multinational operations will also bring challenges to the internal control system of Chinese commercial banks, resulting in increased operational risks. Therefore, how to effectively guard against risks and maintain stable management has become an important issue in the transnational management of commercial banks. According to this request, this paper sets the research object as Huaxia Bank. The first chapter introduces the background, the purpose and thought, the content and structure, and the research method. The second chapter attempts to theoretically summarize and introduce the theoretical basis, main types and technical methods of international risk management of commercial banks. The third chapter combines the reality of China's economic development and integration into the process of global economic integration, through the analysis of the characteristics and current situation of China's banking "going out", using the PEST framework to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the internationalization of China's banking industry. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the internationalization of Huaxia Bank on the basis of the introduction of the international operation of the banking industry in China, and focuses on how to identify and evaluate the risks in the process of internationalization of the banking business in Huaxia Bank. Early warning, prevention and control. The fifth chapter introduces the strategy and risk prevention method of Citibank, which is the most internationalized multinational bank, and compares and analyzes the reference points of Huaxia Bank's international operation. The sixth chapter aims at the possible new changes after the implementation of internationalization of Huaxia Bank, as well as the targeted risk prevention measures to be taken, and draws the final conclusion: under the current international economic and financial situation, The internationalization strategy of Huaxia Bank should be adapted to its overall development planning and business orientation. It may consider adopting multiple models, adapting measures to local conditions, taking into account the establishment of new institutions and absorbing mergers and acquisitions, with emphasis. Step by step steadily promote the international management layout. At the same time, we should speed up the system and strategic adjustment and adopt flexible and flexible risk prevention strategies to meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by the internationalization of banking operations.
