【摘要】：進(jìn)入2010年后,隨著資金面的逐步收緊和理財(cái)需求的高漲,組合投資資金信托、房地產(chǎn)信托漸漸興起,信托業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展吸引了市場(chǎng)的目光�？梢哉f(shuō)當(dāng)前我國(guó)信托業(yè)正迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,對(duì)信托公司下一步的業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,對(duì)那些需要在發(fā)展中解決的問(wèn)題應(yīng)盡早做出研究。 本論文的研究目的：是什么造成了信托公司一直以來(lái)在我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)中的弱勢(shì)地位?信托公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略圍繞著對(duì)外業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,對(duì)內(nèi)管理模式升級(jí)展開(kāi)。那么,過(guò)程如何落實(shí)、創(chuàng)新如何展開(kāi)?如何在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中提升與信托地位相稱的客戶信任?等等這些這是本文要討論的問(wèn)題。 本文的研究方法：引用數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較,同時(shí)運(yùn)用所學(xué)現(xiàn)行法律規(guī)定和企業(yè)管理理論,并且結(jié)合工作實(shí)務(wù)中遇到的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行走訪和思考：對(duì)信托的過(guò)去溯因,對(duì)信托當(dāng)前的情況進(jìn)行歸納,并對(duì)信托業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展給出自己的見(jiàn)解。 本文的成果：運(yùn)用滲透率和長(zhǎng)尾理論尋找業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),創(chuàng)新的將“經(jīng)濟(jì)周期與大類資產(chǎn)波動(dòng)”的理論運(yùn)用在信托業(yè)務(wù)中,并對(duì)信托中“信任”的概念進(jìn)行了總結(jié),綜合得出了信托公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文的結(jié)論：信托公司要以利益相關(guān)者的信任為基礎(chǔ),以財(cái)富管理為核心,堅(jiān)持全周期的信托方案與資產(chǎn)配置,走品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)的道路。
[Abstract]:After entering the year of 2010 , with the gradual tightening of funds and the rising demand of wealth management , the trust of portfolio investment funds , the rise of the real estate trust and the vigorous development of trust industry have attracted the attention of the market . It can be said that the trust industry in China is ushering in the new development opportunity , and the business innovation of the next step of trust company should be studied as soon as possible .

The research purpose of this paper is : what caused the weak position of trust company in our financial market all the time ? The development strategy of trust company revolves around the innovation of external business and the promotion of internal management mode . So how to implement the process , how to innovate how to expand ? How to promote customer trust that is commensurate with trust status in the development of social economy ? Wait for these is the question to be discussed in this paper .

In this paper , we compare the reference data , apply the current legal provisions and the theory of enterprise management at the same time , and visit and reflect on the problems encountered in the work practice : to summarize the past retroactivity of the trust , to summarize the current situation of the trust , and to give its own opinions to the development of the trust business .

The results of this paper : Using permeability and long - tail theory to search for business innovation point , the theory of " economic cycle and large - class asset fluctuation " is applied in trust business , and the concept of " trust " in trust is summarized , and the development strategy of trust company is obtained .

The conclusion of this paper is that trust companies should take the trust of stakeholders as the core , take wealth management as the core , adhere to the full - cycle trust scheme and asset allocation , and follow the road of brand management .
