【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展使得各國(guó)銀行業(yè)相互滲透。對(duì)我國(guó)銀行業(yè)而言,積極拓展海外業(yè)務(wù),是增強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)銀行的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力,提高本外幣一體化服務(wù)水平,加強(qiáng)銀行業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段。 本文就中國(guó)銀行在韓國(guó)仁川地區(qū)設(shè)置分支機(jī)構(gòu)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境及效益評(píng)估與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行分析,從一個(gè)特定的微觀層面,從實(shí)踐角度闡述中國(guó)銀行海外設(shè)置分行的前期籌備過程,為其他中資銀行或中國(guó)銀行其他海外行進(jìn)行海外擴(kuò)張?zhí)峁┮欢ǖ膮⒖肌?論文在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)綜述后,對(duì)相關(guān)理論及銀行業(yè)海外擴(kuò)張的背景、形勢(shì)進(jìn)行了初步分析,就我國(guó)銀行業(yè)海外拓展面臨的制約因素及戰(zhàn)略思路作了闡述；重點(diǎn)結(jié)合韓國(guó)及仁川地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)金融環(huán)境,中國(guó)銀行首爾分行的基本狀況,從中國(guó)銀行首爾分行的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展布局、中韓雙邊關(guān)系、設(shè)置發(fā)展目標(biāo)、設(shè)置有利因素等4個(gè)方面對(duì)中國(guó)銀行仁川分行設(shè)置的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,最后對(duì)中國(guó)銀行仁川分行設(shè)置的效益評(píng)估與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。結(jié)論表明,中國(guó)銀行在韓國(guó)仁川設(shè)立分行是可行的。
[Abstract]:The development of economic globalization makes the banks of all countries infiltrate each other. For China's banking industry, actively expanding overseas business is an important means to strengthen the ability of domestic banks to resist risks, improve the service level of local and foreign currency integration, and strengthen the international competitiveness of the banking industry. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment, benefit evaluation and risk management of Bank of China branch setting up in Incheon area of Korea, and expounds the preparatory process of overseas branch establishment of Bank of China from a specific micro level and from a practical point of view. For other Chinese banks or other overseas banks of Bank of China for overseas expansion to provide some reference. After a systematic review of the relevant literature, the paper makes a preliminary analysis of the relevant theories and the background and situation of the overseas expansion of the banking industry, and expounds the restrictive factors and strategic thinking of the overseas expansion of the banking industry in China. Focusing on the economic and financial environment of Korea and Incheon, the basic situation of Bank of China Seoul Branch, the layout of business development of Bank of China Seoul Branch, the bilateral relations between China and South Korea, and the setting of development goals. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Bank of China Incheon Branch from four aspects, and finally analyzes the benefit evaluation and risk management of Bank of China Incheon Branch in detail. The conclusion shows that it is feasible for Bank of China to set up a branch in Incheon, Korea.
