商業(yè)銀行客戶知識吸收能力研究

【摘要】:21世紀是知識經(jīng)濟時代,商業(yè)銀行的競爭日益激烈,決定銀行競爭優(yōu)勢的關(guān)鍵因素,已從傳統(tǒng)上的營業(yè)網(wǎng)點數(shù)、存貸款規(guī)模轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷ι虡I(yè)銀行客戶知識的獲取、創(chuàng)新與有效利用的程度。為了快速應(yīng)對日益變化的環(huán)境,商業(yè)銀行需要吸收各方面的知識,然而只有客戶知識才是商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的源泉,因為離開了客戶,銀行便無法生存,只有快速有效的獲取高價值的客戶知識,經(jīng)過消化和轉(zhuǎn)化并利用于產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的提供改善中,才能使銀行與客戶建立更加長久穩(wěn)固的關(guān)系,也就成為銀行長久的利潤來源。知識經(jīng)濟背景下,客戶知識成為商業(yè)銀行生存發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,而客戶知識吸收能力則是商業(yè)銀行獲取競爭優(yōu)勢的有力保障。因此本文擬對商業(yè)銀行的客戶知識吸收能力進行研究,以豐富吸收能力的理論方法,并為商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展提出對策建議。 首先在前人的研究之上,從仿生學(xué)的角度,將人體消化吸收與知識吸收作類比,對知識吸收能力的內(nèi)涵進行詳細分析,類比人體對食物的排出探索性地提出了知識清除能力的概念,,構(gòu)建了吸收能力的動態(tài)過程模型,并詳細探討了吸收能力的影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,豐富了商業(yè)銀行客戶知識的內(nèi)容,并定義了商業(yè)銀行客戶知識吸收能力。 對商業(yè)銀行的客戶知識吸收能力影響因素進行了理論分析,并通過調(diào)查問卷形式獲取數(shù)據(jù),運用多元統(tǒng)計分析方法對影響因素進行了實證分析。構(gòu)建了商業(yè)銀行客戶知識吸收能力的評價指標體系,利用模糊一致偏好關(guān)系對一級指標和二級指標根據(jù)重要程度進行排序評價。最后,本文從仿生學(xué)、影響因素和評價的角度提出了商業(yè)銀行客戶知識吸收能力的提升策略。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, and the competition of commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce. The key factors that determine the competitive advantage of banks have changed from the number of traditional business outlets and the scale of deposits and loans to the acquisition of customer knowledge of commercial banks. Degree of innovation and effective use. In order to quickly cope with the changing environment, commercial banks need to absorb all aspects of knowledge, but only customer knowledge is the source of core competitiveness of commercial banks, because without customers, banks will not be able to survive. Only by quickly and effectively acquiring high value customer knowledge, digesting and transforming it and utilizing it to improve the supply of products and services, can the bank establish a more stable relationship with its customers for a longer time and become the long-term profit source of the bank. Under the background of knowledge economy, customer knowledge becomes the key to the survival and development of commercial banks, and the ability of customer knowledge absorption is the powerful guarantee for commercial banks to gain competitive advantage. Therefore, this paper intends to study the customer knowledge absorption ability of commercial banks, in order to enrich the theoretical methods of absorptive capacity, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of commercial banks. First of all, on the basis of previous studies, from the perspective of bionics, the connotation of knowledge absorption ability is analyzed in detail by analogy between human digestion and knowledge absorption. By analogy, the concept of knowledge scavenging capacity is put forward, the dynamic process model of absorption capacity is constructed, and the influencing factors of absorption ability are discussed in detail. On this basis, it enriches the content of commercial bank customer knowledge and defines the commercial bank customer knowledge absorption ability. This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the influencing factors of the customer's knowledge absorption ability of commercial banks, and obtains the data by questionnaire, and makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors by using the method of multivariate statistical analysis. The evaluation index system of customer knowledge absorption ability of commercial banks is constructed, and the ranking evaluation of primary and secondary indexes according to the importance degree is carried out by using fuzzy consistent preference relation. Finally, this paper puts forward the strategies to enhance the customer knowledge absorption ability of commercial banks from the aspects of bionics, influencing factors and evaluation.
