【摘要】：運(yùn)用貨幣權(quán)力理論來(lái)研究和探究美國(guó)對(duì)華匯率外交的機(jī)理,可以發(fā)現(xiàn):盡管美國(guó)塑造與控制著美中生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易和金融結(jié)構(gòu),但并不具備塑造與控制美中安全結(jié)構(gòu)的能力、欠缺控制美中生產(chǎn)—貿(mào)易及金融結(jié)構(gòu)的足夠能力,美國(guó)在對(duì)華匯率外交中的貨幣權(quán)力是有限的。為了在美中匯率外交中占有主動(dòng),中國(guó)有必要重視相關(guān)美國(guó)利益集團(tuán)的能動(dòng)性、加強(qiáng)各種結(jié)構(gòu)性權(quán)力、推進(jìn)中美之間的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)與合作。
[Abstract]:Using the theory of monetary power to study and explore the mechanism of US exchange rate diplomacy with China, it can be found that although the United States shapes and controls the production, trade and financial structure of the United States and China, it does not have the ability to shape and control the security structure of the United States and China. Lacking sufficient capacity to control the production-trade and financial structure of the United States, the United States has limited monetary power in its currency diplomacy with China. In order to take the initiative in U.S.-China exchange rate diplomacy, it is necessary for China to attach importance to the initiative of relevant American interest groups, strengthen various structural powers, and promote communication, coordination and cooperation between China and the United States.
