【摘要】：正2012年11月,曾主宰金融信息終端市場機(jī)構(gòu)用戶群的上海萬得,將自己同行對(duì)手同花順告上法庭,聲稱對(duì)方常年來以"惡意手段侵權(quán)抄襲",要求同花順停止抄襲,并賠償萬得9920萬元人民幣。同花順對(duì)此全盤否認(rèn),反而指責(zé)對(duì)方壟斷市場;萬得則列出了"3層樓高"的證據(jù),直言要是同花順這次沒被證明抄襲,自己將退出行業(yè)!同為金融數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)行業(yè),兩家的恩怨和糾紛,并非只是臨時(shí)意起。自2010年就出現(xiàn)的沖突,如同地雷般一直埋在兩家心底,終于到了爆發(fā)的臨界點(diǎn)。太極兩儀碩大的平板靜靜地掛在證券交易所的大廳上方,屏幕里冰冷閃爍著的紅綠兩線以及不斷上下跳動(dòng)著的醒目數(shù)字,
