【摘要】：本文首先對(duì)我國(guó)政府出資型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié),接著對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資的基本概念和相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,在明確了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系構(gòu)建的指導(dǎo)理念和目標(biāo)的情況下,對(duì)政府出資型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和分析,并結(jié)合相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素對(duì)公司內(nèi)部的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理機(jī)制和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的討論,提出了政府出資型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資公司的基本組織結(jié)構(gòu)框架,也對(duì)其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理制度的制定和各階段風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了具體論述。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the risk management of China's government funded Vc firm are summarized, then the basic concept of risk investment and related theories are described, in the clear guidance idea and goal of construction risk management system under the condition that the risk factors of government funded Vc firm are summarized and analyzed and combined with the related risk factors on the company's internal risk management and project risk management this paper discussed, put forward the basic organizational structure of government funded Vc firm, also worked on the risk management system and the various stages of risk management are discussed in detail.
