【摘要】：物流金融是一種新型的融資模式,它是物流業(yè)和金融業(yè)發(fā)展到一定階段的產(chǎn)物。在國(guó)外,很早就有了物流金融,它的技術(shù)和體制都非常完善。在國(guó)內(nèi),物流金融業(yè)務(wù)作為物流服務(wù)的增值服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,一直在不斷的發(fā)展中,能促進(jìn)物流公司市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加強(qiáng)及物流空間的擴(kuò)大。 本論文從物流企業(yè)的視角探討物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn),開始對(duì)物流企業(yè)參與物流金融的運(yùn)作模式進(jìn)行分析,詳細(xì)介紹了倉(cāng)單質(zhì)押模式、保兌倉(cāng)模式和授信融資三種模式的操作流程和特點(diǎn)。接下來(lái)分析了物流企業(yè)參與物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的條件,分析了其可行性、必要性及增值效應(yīng)。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)物流企業(yè)開展物流金融服務(wù)過(guò)程中存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了探討,這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)包括內(nèi)部管理及操作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、質(zhì)押貨物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等七項(xiàng)主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并在結(jié)合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一套較為全面和實(shí)用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。接著運(yùn)用層次分析法確定了指標(biāo)權(quán)重系數(shù),之后,運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)物流金融的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 最后,通過(guò)實(shí)際案例,分析了物流企業(yè)所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),根據(jù)對(duì)物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)各因素的分析研究,對(duì)物流企業(yè)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)如何控制提出了相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施。而本文構(gòu)建的物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型在此實(shí)例分析中也得到了較好的應(yīng)用,希望對(duì)第三方物流企業(yè)開展物流金融服務(wù)有所啟示。
[Abstract]:Logistics finance is a new financing mode, it is the product of logistics industry and financial industry development to a certain stage. In foreign countries, there has been logistics finance very early, its technology and system are very perfect. As the value-added service product of logistics service, logistics finance business has been developing continuously, which can promote the market competition of logistics company and expand the logistics space. This paper discusses the logistics financial risk from the perspective of logistics enterprises, begins to analyze the operation mode of logistics enterprises participating in logistics finance, and introduces warehouse receipt pledge mode in detail. The operation flow and characteristics of confirmed warehouse mode and credit financing mode. Then, the paper analyzes the conditions and feasibility of logistics enterprises participating in logistics finance business. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the risks in the process of logistics financial service, including internal management and operation risk, the risk of pledge goods. Based on the related theory of risk assessment, a set of comprehensive and practical risk evaluation index system is constructed, and then the weight coefficient of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the risk of logistics finance. Finally, through actual cases, the paper analyzes the risks faced by logistics enterprises, according to the analysis of the factors of logistics financial risks, How to control the risks faced by logistics enterprises is put forward, and the risk assessment model of logistics finance constructed in this paper has been well applied in the analysis of this example. I hope that the third-party logistics enterprises to carry out logistics financial services have enlightenment.
