【摘要】：近年來隨著寧鎮(zhèn)揚板塊經(jīng)濟合作一體化的深入發(fā)展,對區(qū)域內金融合作的呼聲也日益強烈。文章通過對寧鎮(zhèn)揚板塊開展金融合作的必要性進行分析,認為當前寧鎮(zhèn)揚板塊已具備開展金融合作的經(jīng)濟條件、人文基礎和金融基礎。但是目前現(xiàn)行金融體制和行政管理體制障礙、金融基礎設施的不完善等因素極大地影響了金融資源在整個區(qū)域的流動和配置,鑒于此,指出實現(xiàn)寧鎮(zhèn)揚板塊金融合作應從構建區(qū)域利益協(xié)調機制、信息共享機制,完善金融基礎建設、加強金融創(chuàng)新等方面入手。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the in-depth development of economic cooperation and integration of Ningzhenyang plate, the voice of financial cooperation in the region is increasingly strong. This paper analyzes the necessity of financial cooperation in Ningzhenyang plate. The author thinks that the Ningzhenyang plate already has the economic condition, the humanities foundation and the financial foundation to carry out the financial cooperation, but at present the present financial system and the administrative management system obstacle. The imperfect financial infrastructure and other factors have greatly affected the flow and allocation of financial resources in the whole region. In view of this, it is pointed out that the realization of financial cooperation in Ningzhenyang plate should start with the construction of regional interest coordination mechanism. Information sharing mechanism, improving financial infrastructure, strengthening financial innovation and so on.
