【摘要】：金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的改革是我國金融業(yè)改革乃至整個(gè)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)改革中的重要組成部分。金融業(yè)政策性資產(chǎn)的處置完畢,意味著如何改變金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的窘困現(xiàn)狀,實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,便成為了當(dāng)前金融改革的迫切要求。其能否成功實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型,關(guān)乎我國金融體制改革能否有效深化,對(duì)于穩(wěn)定我國金融秩序,改進(jìn)金融服務(wù)體系,乃至維護(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,都將產(chǎn)生重要影響,資產(chǎn)管理公司如何憑借創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品走出一條可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路是轉(zhuǎn)型是否成功的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。本文從我國金融資產(chǎn)管理公司的背景及轉(zhuǎn)型現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以東方資產(chǎn)管理公司進(jìn)行商業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為核心,以東方資產(chǎn)管理公司目前開展的新商業(yè)化業(yè)務(wù)為切入點(diǎn),對(duì)資產(chǎn)管理公司在商業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型及其新業(yè)務(wù)開展過程中所面臨的問題進(jìn)行一番探討,并針對(duì)相關(guān)問題提出策略,以期為處在商業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)型關(guān)鍵時(shí)期的資產(chǎn)管理公司進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The reform of the financial asset management company is an important part of the financial industry reform and even the whole national economic reform. The disposal of the financial industry policy assets is completed. It means how to change the predicament of the financial asset management company and realize the transformation and development, it becomes the urgent requirement of the current financial reform, and whether it can successfully realize the transformation. Whether the reform of our financial system can be effectively deepened will have an important impact on stabilizing the financial order, improving the financial service system, and even maintaining the stable development of the economy and society. It is the key point of whether the transformation is successful or not for the asset management company how to walk out a sustainable development path with the innovation product. This article starts from the background and the transformation present situation of the financial asset management company of our country. Taking the experience of oriental asset management company as the core and the new commercial business of oriental asset management company as the starting point. This paper discusses the problems faced by asset management companies in the process of commercialization transformation and new business development, and puts forward some strategies for the related problems. In order to provide reference for the further development of asset management companies in the critical period of commercial transformation.
