【摘要】：本文旨在拓展移民族群在國(guó)際投資領(lǐng)域的研究,深入探討了海外華人網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于中國(guó)吸引外資的作用和機(jī)制。利用引力模型和知識(shí)—資本模型,基于1993年—2008年93個(gè)國(guó)家的面板數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證研究了海外華人網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)我國(guó)引入外資的作用。結(jié)果顯示,海外華人網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)我國(guó)的外商直接投資有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,且這種影響對(duì)短期年度流量比長(zhǎng)期累積存量的更為明顯。分階段動(dòng)態(tài)趨勢(shì)深入研究表明,海外華人網(wǎng)絡(luò)促進(jìn)引資的作用總體上呈逐漸減弱的趨勢(shì),但在亞洲金融危機(jī)之后也有短暫回升。另外,在我國(guó)投資水平較高的國(guó)家當(dāng)?shù)厝A人網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)揮的邊際影響要相對(duì)低于在我國(guó)投資水平較低的國(guó)家。最后本文對(duì)海外華商在新時(shí)期對(duì)引入外資的作用提出若干實(shí)踐啟示和后續(xù)研究建議。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to expand the research of immigrant groups in the field of international investment, and to explore in depth the role and mechanism of overseas Chinese networks in attracting foreign capital in China, using gravity model and knowledge-capital model. Based on panel data from 93 countries from 1993 to 2008, this paper empirically studies the effect of overseas Chinese network on the introduction of foreign capital in China. Overseas Chinese network has a significant role in promoting foreign direct investment in China, and this impact on short-term annual flow is more obvious than long-term cumulative stock. The role of overseas Chinese network in promoting foreign investment has gradually weakened, but has also recovered briefly after the Asian financial crisis. The marginal influence of the local Chinese network in the countries with higher investment level in China is lower than that in the countries with lower investment level in China. Finally, this paper puts forward some practices on the role of overseas Chinese businessmen in introducing foreign capital in the new period. Inspiration and suggestions for further study.
