【摘要】：自國(guó)務(wù)院2009年發(fā)布《關(guān)于支持福建省加快建設(shè)海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的若干意見(jiàn)》以來(lái)，海西戰(zhàn)略得到中央政府的大力支持，為海峽西岸經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的快速發(fā)展注入了新的活力，帶來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)。 在海西戰(zhàn)略的有利背景下，，海峽兩岸紡織服裝博覽會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“海博會(huì)”）必將得到快速發(fā)展。經(jīng)過(guò)14年的發(fā)展與積累，“海博會(huì)”已逐漸形成了具有自身風(fēng)格的特色模式，作為國(guó)內(nèi)唯一突出海峽兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的紡織服裝展覽會(huì)，“海博會(huì)”是閩南服裝開(kāi)拓海內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)、增進(jìn)對(duì)外交流的重要平臺(tái)，它對(duì)于加強(qiáng)兩岸區(qū)域間產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)接與交流、促進(jìn)兩岸經(jīng)濟(jì)合作、實(shí)現(xiàn)兩岸和平統(tǒng)一等都起著積極的推動(dòng)作用。在國(guó)際知名會(huì)展品牌紛紛進(jìn)軍我國(guó)會(huì)展市場(chǎng)以及國(guó)內(nèi)服裝類(lèi)展覽會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的背景下，研究“海博會(huì)”發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新模式和發(fā)展思路，對(duì)于“海博會(huì)”應(yīng)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和挑戰(zhàn)，尋求進(jìn)一步更好、更快的發(fā)展具有積極的意義。 本文通過(guò)回顧“海博會(huì)”的發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)其發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，分析了“海博會(huì)”在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題和不足；總結(jié)歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)會(huì)展業(yè)發(fā)展的先進(jìn)模式，通過(guò)吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外展覽會(huì)的成功辦展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，結(jié)合海西戰(zhàn)略為福建省帶來(lái)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇，提出了基于海西戰(zhàn)略的“海博會(huì)”的發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展策略。以期為石獅市人民政府制定“海博會(huì)”相關(guān)支持政策提供參考意見(jiàn)，幫助“海博會(huì)”探索出更好的發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Since the State Council issued "some opinions on supporting Fujian Province to accelerate the Construction of the Economic Zone of the West Coast of the Straits" in 2009, the Hercynian strategy has been strongly supported by the central government, which has injected new vitality into the rapid development of the economic zone of the West Coast of the Straits. It has brought unprecedented opportunities for development. Under the favorable background of Hercynian strategy, the cross-strait textile and clothing exposition will develop rapidly. After 14 years of development and accumulation, the "Haibo Fair" has gradually formed its own style of characteristic mode. As the only textile and clothing exhibition that highlights cross-strait economic and trade cooperation in China, the "Haibo Fair" is to open up the domestic and overseas markets for Minnan clothing. The important platform for enhancing foreign exchanges plays a positive role in strengthening the industrial docking and exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, promoting cross-strait economic cooperation, and realizing the peaceful reunification of the two sides of the strait. Under the background of the international famous exhibition brands marching into the exhibition market of our country and the increasingly fierce competition of domestic clothing exhibitions, the paper studies the innovative mode and development ideas of the development of the "Haibo Fair", in order to deal with the competition and challenge to the "Haifeng Fair". It is of positive significance to seek further better and faster development. In this paper, the author reviews the development course of the "Haibo Fair", summarizes its development characteristics, analyzes the problems and shortcomings existing in the development process of the "Haibo Fair", summarizes the advanced models of the development of the exhibition industry in developed countries and regions at home and abroad. By drawing on the successful experience of holding exhibitions at home and abroad and combining the development opportunities brought by Hercynian strategy for Fujian Province, this paper puts forward the development mode and development strategy of "Haibo Fair" based on Hercynian strategy. In order to provide reference for the people's government of Shishi City to formulate the relevant support policies of the "Hai Expo", to help the "Sea Fair" to explore a better development model.
