【摘要】：根據(jù)"一帶一路"的政策溝通、道路連通、貿(mào)易暢通、貨幣流通、民心相通的"五通"與會展產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的關系,以及會展產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展和主題活動業(yè)態(tài)的變化,針對會展策劃與管理專業(yè)知識體系所具有的項目化、綜合性強專業(yè)特征,經(jīng)過多年的教學改革探索,課程設計調(diào)整,提出"一庫一平臺",互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+融合;二類師資協(xié)同,校企聯(lián)動;三法兼容,項目驅(qū)動;四核并重,系統(tǒng)開發(fā);五層實訓,無縫接軌;項目個性化、成果可視化等方式的人才培養(yǎng)模式。
[Abstract]:According to Belt and Road's policy communication, road connectivity, smooth trade, currency circulation, the relationship between the "five links" and the exhibition industry, as well as the rapid development of the exhibition and exhibition industry and the changes in the format of the thematic activities, In view of the project-oriented and strong professional characteristics of the knowledge system of exhibition planning and management, after many years of teaching reform and exploration, curriculum design adjustment, this paper puts forward "one library, one platform", Internet integration, second class teachers cooperation, School-enterprise linkage; three methods compatible, project-driven; four-core equal emphasis, system development; five-tier training, seamless integration; project individualization, visualization of achievements and other ways of personnel training model.
