【摘要】：本文以某財(cái)富會(huì)所為例,分析了“處方式規(guī)范”在此類(lèi)建筑防火設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題和不足,從而引入以滿足功能要求為先導(dǎo)的性能化防火設(shè)計(jì)方法,同時(shí)針對(duì)某財(cái)富會(huì)所不同的功能區(qū)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析、計(jì)算,以建筑構(gòu)件耐火性能為指標(biāo),以各項(xiàng)消防設(shè)施有效運(yùn)行為基礎(chǔ),以人員安全疏散為重點(diǎn),將人員安全疏散時(shí)間與火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)來(lái)臨時(shí)間作對(duì)比分析,重點(diǎn)分析性能化防火設(shè)計(jì)在會(huì)展類(lèi)建筑消防設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用,從而保障建筑內(nèi)人員的生命安全,有效遏制火勢(shì)的蔓延擴(kuò)大,最大限度地減少火災(zāi)損失,確保國(guó)家和人民的財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。 方案研究結(jié)果表明：性能化防火設(shè)計(jì)將是處方式規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)的有效補(bǔ)充和完善,在發(fā)展趨勢(shì)上將超出處方式規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)的模式,并將極大地促進(jìn)消防安全設(shè)計(jì)的科學(xué)化、合理化和成本效益的最優(yōu)化。為此,要加快步伐認(rèn)真研究性能化規(guī)范及配套技術(shù),將其優(yōu)越性體現(xiàn)出來(lái),以便于在理論和實(shí)踐上為會(huì)展類(lèi)建筑的防火設(shè)計(jì)提供一定的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of the Code of Service Mode in the fire protection design of this kind of building by taking a wealth meeting as an example , and introduces the performance - based fire protection design method which can meet the requirement of function . At the same time , the paper compares the safety evacuation time with the time of fire danger by using the fire - proof performance of the building element as the index , and analyzes the application of the performance - based fire - proof design in the fire - fighting design of the exhibition class , and puts emphasis on analyzing the application of the performance - based fire - proof design in the fire - fighting design of the exhibition class building , and analyzing the spread of the fire power effectively , and furthest reducing the fire loss and ensuring the property safety of the country and the people . The results of the scheme show that the performance - based fire - proof design will be the effective supplement and improvement of the design of the design of the design of the service mode , and will greatly promote the scientific , rational and cost - effective optimization of the fire safety design . To this end , the performance specification and the matching technology will be carefully studied and the advantages of the performance specification and the matching technology will be carefully studied in order to provide some reference for the fire protection design of the exhibition hall building in theory and practice .
