摘要： 中國(guó)建筑施工產(chǎn)業(yè)是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，是一個(gè)重要的物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)部門(mén)。隨著社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，環(huán)境問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注，公眾意識(shí)、法律和環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的改進(jìn)推動(dòng)了綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的快速發(fā)展。本文根據(jù)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的內(nèi)容及其特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合環(huán)境管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，體現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求，對(duì)建筑企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系與評(píng)價(jià)方法做出了理論探討。

Abstract： China's construction industry is an important pillar industry of economic

development， and is an important sector of material production. With the development of the society and economy， the environment problem is getting more and more attention of people. Public awareness and the improvement of laws and environmental standards have promoted the rapid development of the green supply chain management. According to the content of the green supply chain management and its characteristics， combined with environmental management standards， and based on the requirements of sustainable development， this article presents theoretical

discussion on green supply chain management of construction enterprises performance evaluation index system and evaluation method.

近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)外政治環(huán)境、技術(shù)自然環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)人口環(huán)境、社會(huì)文化環(huán)境不斷變化，國(guó)內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，尤其是面臨應(yīng)對(duì)全球金融危機(jī)，增加對(duì)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的投入，如何拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需的良好局面，建筑企業(yè)如何在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中，在保證安全和質(zhì)量、環(huán)境的前提下保證企業(yè)的價(jià)值利潤(rùn)最大化，綠色供應(yīng)鏈已成為建筑企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略重要的因素。中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)與同類(lèi)企業(yè)中比較發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家比較，有管理體制、法律體系、運(yùn)行機(jī)制、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的差距。本文重點(diǎn)分析建筑企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)施情況，，通過(guò)基于綠色供應(yīng)鏈理論的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)提高其核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

1 建筑企業(yè)綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理的主要內(nèi)容及特征分析
