基于渠道權(quán)力的供應(yīng)鏈渠道協(xié)調(diào)治理研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著市場環(huán)境的迅速變化和市場需要的日益不確定性,企業(yè)依靠自身能力已經(jīng)難以在競爭中立足,迫使企業(yè)之間加強合作,進行業(yè)務(wù)流程整合,保留自身優(yōu)勢業(yè)務(wù),將非核心業(yè)務(wù)外包給專注于此類業(yè)務(wù)的其他企業(yè)去完成,相互協(xié)作實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補。理論界對供應(yīng)鏈的相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)順勢廣泛運用到實踐中,而渠道也一直是營銷界的研究熱點,供應(yīng)鏈和渠道都是網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織,內(nèi)部都需要良好的協(xié)調(diào)治理機制來維持其正常運行。供應(yīng)鏈渠道是近幾年新興的網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織,相對于傳統(tǒng)組織有其獨特的優(yōu)點,國內(nèi)外學者目前對其研究相對比較少。國內(nèi)外學者的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)權(quán)力和信任在網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織的協(xié)調(diào)治理中是非常重要的兩個行為變量。本文中梳理了關(guān)于權(quán)力和信任相關(guān)的文獻,將渠道權(quán)力分為強制性渠道權(quán)力和非強制性渠道權(quán)力,將渠道信任分為交易型信任和關(guān)系型信任兩個維度。借鑒組織和聯(lián)盟的協(xié)調(diào)治理理論,將供應(yīng)鏈渠道的協(xié)調(diào)治理分為關(guān)系治理和契約治理兩種方式。本文的研究從渠道權(quán)力出發(fā),分析其對供應(yīng)鏈渠道協(xié)調(diào)治理兩種方式的直接影響效果。并將渠道信任作為中介變量,分析渠道權(quán)力對供應(yīng)鏈渠道協(xié)調(diào)治理的影響效果。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了本研究的概念模型和提出了相關(guān)的假設(shè),根據(jù)研究需要設(shè)計相關(guān)的調(diào)查問卷,發(fā)放后收集相關(guān)樣本數(shù)據(jù)。通過對收集的219家公司的樣本數(shù)據(jù)運用統(tǒng)計軟件進行分析后對模型進行了修正。本研究表明:在供應(yīng)鏈渠道協(xié)調(diào)治理中應(yīng)當適度的使用渠道權(quán)力,積極發(fā)揮渠道信任的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid change of the market environment and the increasing uncertainty of the market demand, the enterprises rely on their ability to base on the competition, force the enterprises to strengthen the cooperation, make the business process complete, and keep the business of its own advantages. The non-core business is outsourced to other enterprises focusing on such operations to complement each other. The research on the supply chain has been widely applied to the practice, and the channel has always been the research focus of the marketing circle, and the supply chain and the channel are both network organizations, and there is a need for good coordination and governance mechanism to maintain its normal operation. Supply chain channel is a new network organization in recent years. The research of domestic and foreign scholars has found that power and trust are very important two behavioral variables in the coordination and management of network organizations. In this paper, the literature on power and trust is sorted out, and the channel power is divided into mandatory channel power and non-mandatory channel power, and the channel trust is divided into two dimensions of transaction type trust and relationship type trust. The coordination and management of the supply chain channel are divided into two ways: the relationship governance and the contract governance, using the coordination and governance theory of the organization and the alliance. Based on the channel power, this paper analyzes the direct effect of the two ways of the supply chain channel coordination and governance. And the channel trust is used as the intermediate variable, and the influence effect of the channel power on the coordinated control of the supply chain channel is analyzed. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, the conceptual model of this study is constructed and the relevant hypotheses are put forward. The relevant questionnaire is designed according to the research needs, and relevant sample data will be collected after distribution. The model was modified by using statistical software to analyze the collected sample data of 219 companies. This study shows that the channel power should be used in the coordination and management of the supply chain channel, and the role of channel trust should be played actively.
