【摘要】：隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球化運(yùn)營(yíng)為特征新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,使得企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)和貿(mào)易方式都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,外部環(huán)境的不確定性導(dǎo)致企業(yè)管理難度增加。要想在多變的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中生存下來并獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),就必須進(jìn)行企業(yè)管理模式的改變,整合內(nèi)外部資源,形成更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的供應(yīng)鏈。采購(gòu)管理作為供應(yīng)鏈的重要環(huán)節(jié)逐漸被企業(yè)重視起來,高效的供應(yīng)鏈采購(gòu)管理是降低企業(yè)成本,滿足市場(chǎng)需求,提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的重要手段。然而包括太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)在內(nèi)的大多數(shù)企業(yè)還在沿用傳統(tǒng)的采購(gòu)管理模式,存在采購(gòu)效率低下,采購(gòu)成本過高的問題,嚴(yán)重阻礙了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,從供應(yīng)鏈視角出發(fā)來提高企業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理水平,將成為提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的重要內(nèi)容。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈管理和采購(gòu)管理理論進(jìn)行詳細(xì)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,定位于太陽(yáng)能光伏行業(yè),并以Y公司作為典型案例,分析了采購(gòu)管理和供應(yīng)鏈管理的現(xiàn)狀,并從企業(yè)的采購(gòu)流程、采購(gòu)物資分類管理、供應(yīng)商的選擇與評(píng)價(jià)等方面進(jìn)行深入剖析,找出其中存在的問題及其產(chǎn)生原因,運(yùn)用供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的采購(gòu)管理理論,對(duì)Y公司的采購(gòu)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,找出更加適合Y公司發(fā)展的采購(gòu)管理模式。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the new economic era characterized by knowledge economy and global operation, the production, procurement and trade patterns of enterprises have undergone profound changes, and the uncertainty of external environment has increased the difficulty of enterprise management. In order to survive in the changeable competitive environment and gain the competitive advantage, we must change the enterprise management mode, integrate the internal and external resources, and form a more competitive supply chain. As an important part of the supply chain, purchasing management is gradually attached importance to by enterprises. Efficient supply chain procurement management is an important means to reduce the cost of enterprises, meet the market demand and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. However, most enterprises, including solar photovoltaic industry, are still using the traditional procurement management mode, which has the problems of low procurement efficiency and high procurement cost, which seriously hinders the development of enterprises. Therefore, improving the purchasing management level of enterprises from the perspective of supply chain will become an important content to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the detailed study of supply chain management and procurement management theory at home and abroad, this paper focuses on solar photovoltaic industry, and takes Y Company as a typical case to analyze the current situation of procurement management and supply chain management. And from the enterprise procurement process, procurement materials classification management, supplier selection and evaluation and other aspects of in-depth analysis, to find out the existing problems and their causes, the use of the supply chain environment of procurement management theory, This paper optimizes the purchasing management system of Y Company and finds out a more suitable purchasing management model for Y Company.
